If a community is prevented from being the final arbiter of law over matters of justice and governance in its own affairs, then that community is under duress and not a community in any real sense of the word. Without the people being the supreme sovereign power in decision making, the people within that community would simply be living under permissible rights granted or denied to them by a centralised power. Oppression exists when conditions of duress are imposed upon a community or an individual against their will. In other words, a condition of coercion is present when justice is denied or restricted. Throughout history, all slaves have existed under a condition of coercion and duress, where their individual rights and their ability to make their own decisions have been prevented through coercion and violence. When a community is forced to accept coercion and duress in the form of oppressive legislation or top down control, it is not living under a rule of law. It is living under slavery. Social Dawinism is a ruling class claiming false ownership over the rights of others, using lawfare to impose their will on others.

The obliteration of England’s communities.

Whether it be mass immigration, the industrialisation of the countryside with so-called “renewable energy” and endless, destructive property development; these are all impositions from an unaccountable central power that is clearly acting without any authentic limitation. Globalism is a long term plan to completely rid a communities ability to be resilient and self-governing and it has had particularly catastrophic effects on food sovereignty and the well being of communities.

So-called “checks and balances.”

Society has been conditioned to an unfathomable degree to accept the status quo of party politics. People have been influenced to accept top down control through the party political model of false hope and deception. Local councils are all tasked with implementing the globalist UN SDG’s; a blueprint for totalitarianism with the UN illegitimately acting as the government of governments and central banks controlling the entire world with their unconstitutional, fraudulent, credit creation monopoly. This globalist coup d'état is evidence that voting for a particular party is deceptive theatre that continually strings the public along with false promises, always resulting in more poverty, less freedoms.

Local councils are supposed to enforce the will of the people but even if planning for a housing development is denied by the local council, central government can simply overrule it. This is authoritarianism pretending to be a democracy. The general public have trapped themselves by believing in the illegitimacy of majority vote/majority opinion. Which is the imposition of the worldview of the majority upon the minority. Whether it be a majority or a minority, no one group of people has the moral right to impose how they think people should live on others. The universality to creating harmonious conditions within society is morality and how true morality is knowing the objective difference between harmful and non harmful behaviours, according to natural law. Politics and legislation do not define morality. They simply legalise the will of the ruling class even if the legislation is in breach of morality and individual rights.

The moral distinction between majority voting and constitutional law.

With the blatant disregard for the voice of communities exhibited by central government, it is critical for the public to learn and understand why majority voting for a political party to impose its will upon the public is morally wrong. Each political party is essentially trying to define their own version of morality with their own worldview through a manifesto. This is moral relativism which results in oppression and duress in the form of legislation that is then backed by “law.” All power lies with the ability to punish and give judgement. So, if the government makes the laws and also uses the judiciary to enforce those laws, the people are in a condition of slavery sitting below the masters in a hierarchy of oppression. True justice does not require left or right ideologies. True justice simply focuses on the moral legitimacy of each situation. Majority voting is lazy thinking void of conscientious deliberation. Majority voting forces entire nations to endure despotic policy for a whole term with no guarantee that the next party will make anything better at all. It’s a restricted choice based on misplaced trust. The public are influenced to abdicate their responsibility and conscience to a political party instead of looking to the constitution that emplaces them as the judges, through a jury, in all matters of justice. Due process of common law trial by jury provides a court of conscience for conscientious deliberation, nuance and discernment in consideration of the evidence, with 12 random members of the community responsibly sitting in judgement over the fact, the admissibility of evidence, the sentence and the justice of the law. Trial by jury is how the people govern themselves.

What would happen under the authentic rule of law?

If the constitution were operating in its authentic form with the people passionately upholding trial by jury in all civil and criminal matters with the King enforcing the will of the jury, as he swore to do; then public servants would know that they can’t just do whatever they like. No one could impose anything on a community against that communities will because nothing could be enforced without the judgement of a jury. For example, if a property developer proposed a plan to build hundreds of houses which would destroy precious and much loved countryside whilst simultaneously destroying the soul of the community; under the rule of law, the matter would be presented to jury of peers in due process of common law trial by jury. This is how all disputes are settled equitably. Equity is the real checks and balances with all grievances addressed by due process of trial by jury. This is the common law of the land that the King swore to govern according to - “laws and customs". This means that no legislation or convention can be used to alter or restrict the people’s common law trial by jury. Therefore, the people are sovereign by standing in judgement over all acts of enforcement.

If the people of Britain do not start to reclaim their constitution, then unconstitutional, despotic laws like compulsory purchase of land, which is absolute tyranny, will become the norm. The destructive belief that government can do whatever it wants is a mind prison that is allowing tyranny to go on indefinitely.

Under equal justice for all, no one is immune from justice. Oppression is dealt with by the people judging on the justice of the law in jury independence and by cost free prosecution for unjust laws.

Knowledge of the principles of natural justice contained within our Magna Carta constitution is what will elevate the people back into their constitutional role as the supreme sovereign judges in all matters of justice. Trial by jury is the legitimate limitation on all attempts of arbitrary governance.

How Common Law Articles 24, 39, 40 and 61 Achieve The People’s
Emancipation from Arbitrary Governance.
Let us consider the citizen’s lawful duty and legal right to sue and place
the evidence to a crime in front of fellow citizens: the Jurors in a Trial by
Jury. This is straightforward. Between equal commoners in the society of
equal justice, the issuance of a Plaint naming the accused, with an
Information to Indictment (charges, prima facie evidence) may occur,
regardless of the ‘importance’ or position of the individuals accused. At
Common Law, naturally, as you would expect, functionaries of government
are not immune from prosecution for criminal acts of injustice which may be
embodied in legislation, local and national, state and federal, if that law be
deemed unjust and considered by juries to be inappropriate for enforcement.
Even the head of state is not exempt from being held to the judgement
(verdict and sentence) of a jury of his or her peers (lords); ref. Constitutional
Common Law Articles 24, 39, 40 and 61. No one is ‘above’ the common law
of the land. No one is ‘immune’.
Where juries are seen to reject and annul enforcement of a given statute
or regulation, citizens may seek its final expunction from the roll of statutes.
A Trial by Jury decides the issues regarding the law; whether it be worthy,
legitimate and appropriate when judged according to the criterion of the
Paradigm of Judicature (Chapter One); or is annulled as unconstitutional,
unjust, apocryphal or unwanted.

The governmental party or parties responsible for framing and instituting and enforcing the law in question are liable at Trial by Jury, and it is the law which has to be defended by those in government. Those defendants and their statute are on trial. That is to say, plaintiff(s) resisting a statute may file Plaint and, cost-free, prosecute the individual functionaries of administrative government responsible for instituting and/or upholding unconstitutional, unjust and/or apocryphal legislation. Where such action produces a Guilty Verdict, the legislation is rendered void, illegal, and defunct. On pain of penalisation, it is then the responsible government functionary’s proper duty to frame a simple Amendment for passage through the legislature to ensure that the illegitimate legislation be expunged altogether from the roll of statutes; and making provision, where relevant, for redress: Amnesty and Compensatory Restitution for citizens persecuted previously under the unjust law (as for Wrongful Penalisation). If seen thereafter trying to maintain, instigate or allow further application (prosecutions) of such unwanted laws, the named, accused functionary him or herself, and associated prosecutors, lawyers, departmental government bureaucrats and convenor (judge) involved, become personally liable to prosecution and penalisation for serious malice. In addition to the crime mentioned, such recalcitrant behaviour by an antidemocratic functionary may also very reasonably be found treasonous. This is because, self-evidently, resisting the decision of the Jury which had found the law itself to be a criminal embodiment of unfairness and had rendered the law defunct, actively constitutes the treasonous crime of undermining the Sovereignty of the Jury to decide the law; (X) Treason, Chapter Three. Trial by Jury thus ensures that the Will of the People reigns supreme. Executive, legislature, judiciary and all government employees (police, prison service, armed services) realise their bounden legal and moral duty to serve the People and themselves by upholding our Western Code, Culture and Common Law Constitution. In a single or a succession of Trial(s) by Jury throughout the land, the presentation of evidence establishing the collusion of politicians and government bureaucrats in premeditated criminal acts under the guise of framing and passing specified ‘legislation’ which the jury finds to be: criminogenic (crime-producing and thus innately illegal); and/or inequitable; partial; partisan; or in any way unconstitutional, corrupt or against the public interest, renders that legislation void and removes those found guilty of the behaviour from public office. Naturally, those persons who have suffered persecution under politicians’ unfounded ‘laws’ qualify for Amnesty and compensatory Restitution (as for other Wrongful Prosecution).As ever, the degree of guilt (malice aforethought; mens rea) and gravity of the offence discerned by the jurors in the criminality of the accused goes towards the jury determining the sentence. Defendants are entitled to appeal against conviction or sentence and for re-Trial by a new Jury. Where the randomly-selected jury finds unanimously that a frivolous or malicious charge has been brought, the plaintiff(s) is/are liable for costs and possible damages. Such a prospect discourages and eliminates most unjustifiable prosecutions. However, where multiple or numerous citizens unite together as co-plaintiffs in the same prosecution, this may have the effect of establishing that their grievance is genuine and that the action taken by them—of bringing racketeering members of the government to trial—embodies their fulfilment of a conscientious public obligation and duty. If so, this would preclude unanimous judgements by juries against the plaintiffs for costs or damages, though this does not necessarily establish the guilt of the denominated defendant/s.

We also have to start educating people that it is morally indefensible to be engaged in livelihood that involves destroying communities and our countryside. No one has the right to abdicate their conscience for a pay check. Pylons, wind turbines, solar panels, property development etc all involve ordinary people “just doing their job”. Following orders is no excuse to cause oppression and destruction.

Perception distortion and general ignorance caused by propaganda and Marxist (falsification of knowledge) ideologies have done such a number on the human psyche that there are people that actually believe it’s wrong or immoral to eat food that is physiologically optimal for our digestion and nourishment.

Part of the attack on the human psyche is the attack on our physical being. I am in amazement at how dark occultists have managed to influence people to demonise that which nourishes us. Dark occultists are so capable at psychological manipulation that they have used religion and other ideologies to influence people to destroy themselves physically by not eating what their physiology was designed to optimally digest.

I am not saying “don’t eat plants”, not at all. I love a pain au chocolat and swede mash drenched in butter but what I am trying to establish here is inherent, observable truth. The truth that meat, eggs and dairy are nourishing and incredibly powerful as building blocks for our bodies and for healing.

Human Digestion.

Lived experience trumps intellectualism and uneducated opinion. I would go far as to say that meat and animal fat saved my son not only from chronic illness but also saved his life. You can read more about that here.

The condition of the human digestive system in relation to health is still hugely overlooked. The digestive system is the HQ of the body and the solar plexus chakra. If digestion is damaged and not functioning correctly then there are a multitude of symptoms displayed by the body in it’s attempt to heal and deal with faulty digestion. The book ‘GAPS Stories’ documents the testimonies of parents who have experienced similar ordeals to me and they are very inspiring. In a nutshell, animal fat heals and seals the gut wall.

My family have all dramatically improved in health consuming a diet high in animal fat. Of course, mass chemical poisoning plays a huge part in depletion of health but we’re now at a point where our species is rapidly degenerating due to generations of people increasing their consumption of sugars and toxic industrial seed oils and decreasing animal fat. The GAPS nutritional protocol is a methodical process of healing using nourishing foods and there are different stages to follow depending on the severity of digestive damage. ‘No Plants GAPS’ is for people with the most digestive damage.

Observation of Nature.

I don’t give a damn about studies, belief systems or ideologies regarding food. Real science is observation of phenomenon in nature. Weston A Price travelled the world documenting the food consumed by communities around the world and they all prized animal foods and even had foods considered to be sacred.

Fish roe, liver, and bone marrow are a few examples of sacred foods honoured by traditional cultures around the world, for nourishing not only babies, but mothers-to-be and growing children as well. We know from the travels of Weston A. Price that these sacred foods are undeniably nourishing

Dogma.

I don’t advocate for either carnivore or plant based diets. Dogmatic approaches are only necessary as a means to an end. But as a general rule of thumb meat, eggs and dairy are nourishing and plants are cleansing. All food is delicious and joyful which is why Nourishing Traditions is the cookbook I would recommend for all Kitchens.

A Eugenics Agenda.

The WEF, the climate cult, the UN and their puppet governments are all advocating for a plant based diet. A high carb/fibre diet is a diet for slaves. ‘They’ want the slaves eating only plants but to influence such an unnatural behaviour change takes generations of propaganda; in the same way the attempt to create an androgenous mix of people with the transgender movement has taken decades. The Great Reset of WW2 was used to implement rationing - a decrease in animal fat and a huge increase in carbs. The founders of WW2 rationing were Elsie Widdowson and Robert McCance. These people were establishment eugenicists and founded the Heart Disease Pyramid, otherwise known as the American Food Pyramid and the so-called “modern diet”. The Ancel Keys heart-disease hypothesis was an outright fraud. As with all state agendas, invert it and you get the truth.

Raw Meat.

Raw meat is an incredibly powerful food and all cultures have a raw meat dish. Some foods, like liver and eggs, are incredibly powerful and nourishing in their raw form. Examples of raw meat dishes are sushi, carpaccio, blue steak and chips, steak tartare etc. Aajonus Vonderplanitiz has a very powerful testimony on the benefits of raw meat. He also did a great job of exposing the “bacteria causes disease” deception. Some people eat exclusively raw meat but I consider that to be as dogmatic as only eating plants. However, a diet of raw meat or the carnivore diet does not destroy you and malnourish you. We can thrive on only meat but not on only plants, that’s the big difference.

Morality and Ethics.

If you think it’s cruel to eat animals then the social engineers have been successful in distorting your perception by weaponising emotion against intellect. I did not make the rules of this realm. The laws of nature dictate that for something to live something must die. This is the never ending cycle of rebirth. I also did not design the human digestive system or any other species digestive system. All species have a perfectly designed digestive system as per their physiology which dictates an optimal food source.

Every design has an architect. The architect did not make a mistake with the food chain. The digestive system of a cow is an amazing alchemical factory that converts grass into milk and steak. The food chain is a perfectly designed system of harmony, symbiosis and nourishment with humans at the top as stewards. All indigenous peoples knew they were stewards, hence the amazing permaculture landscapes they created and the reverence they had for nature/spirit (animals). We are a keystone species but satanists want us to think that we’re no better than animals as per the 3rd tenet of satanism - social Darwinism; the belief that we are animalistic in nature and so must operate upon the law of the jungle instead of natural law (objective morality).

Animal husbandry and slaughtering is done in reverence. There is a symbiotic relationship between farm animals and humans and it is wonderful. Farm animals are protected from predators and cared for in return for their meat. Being involved in the slaughtering process teaches us skills and responsibility whilst connecting us to the life/death process of nature. Nurturing an animal in a caring and natural environment and then ending it’s life on the farm where it’s familiar, is so much more preferable than buying meat wrapped in plastic from a corporate supermarket. No farmer wants to take their animals to an abattoir, Again, that’s statism and it’s food destroying policies so it can throw parts of the animal away. I remember helping with the biodynamic prep chamomile 503 and the instructor said that cow intestines cannot be sourced in England, so she had to source them from Lithuania. It’s absurd. Animals are natures gift. Just look at what the buffalo provided the plains Indians. Because of mass disconnection from natural living and not sourcing our own food, un-involvement and dependency has allowed the social engineers to distort perception and influence people to drink almond milk! Good farms, like biodynamic farms have calf at foot. I recently saw a milking rig where the cow and calf walk in, the mother is milked then they both walk out. The more we reconnect with nature the more we can reverse cruel and bad practices. I can say hand on heart that over the last 6 years that I have bought meat, eggs and dairy from farms that care dearly for their animals and it shows in the quality. Working with animals is a joyous experience. It really makes me feel connected to nature and involved in real life. Community farming is wonderful. Cruel, Industrial farming is a by product of statism and statism is really satanism. The state is using industrial farming as an excuse to further it’s climate and plant based agenda; typical Hegelian dialectic.

I’ve had many conversations with people that teach natural law and a lot of them are vegans that think it’s immoral to eat meat and some are in dreadful health and rather pale. The irony is that veganism is straight up eugenics. Eugenics/dysgenics is the highest level of satanism. That means that some people that teach about objective morality and the human psyche are themselves a victim of dark occult manipulation. The state wants us to eat a plant based diet because it is malnourishment. It doesn’t provide the required building blocks for human health. This is premeditated degeneration of our species using ideology. Even vegetarianism is self punishment by restriction. We’ve never lived solely on sugars (carbs) and indigestible fibre. Ruminants perfectly convert cellulose into fat. The human body is a fat hungry organism. The architect has it all worked out!

Mass depopulation as per the UN SDG’s will require the masses accepting their own destruction through adherence to malnourishment or using policy to gradually eradicate meat, eggs and dairy. Bird flu, BSE, swine flu etc are all fraudulent state agendas to gradually and incrementally destroy our food sovereignty. The state is chipping away at us bit by bit before it unleashes overt violence on a weakened, brainwashed populous.

Vegans will always have a counter argument because they are practicing a religion but the most pro-meat people I’ve ever met are ex-vegans. Rudolf Steiner, one of the greatest occultists of our time claimed that vegetarianism is more spiritual. I never understood that logic because how can it be spiritual to not nourish yourself? I know anthroposophists that look dreadful on a veggie diet and one guy completely deteriorated on a vegetarian diet and reversed it with keto!

There is not one civilisation that only eat plants. Only eugenicists want to force us onto a plant based diet. There is nothing immoral about nourishing ourselves in accordance with the divine laws of nature. Was I immoral for healing my son when he was covered in eczema and couldn’t digest vegetables without having an asthma attack? Look at the most anti-human organisation in the world and it’s patrons and what they advocate for. That should tell you everything you need to know about the climate cult and veganism. Worldview and aligning with reality is everything.

Consider the text from the placard in the picture below which is sited at Abbey Gardens in Bury St Edmunds.

Archbishop Langton, a Christian, clearly recognised the importance of the non-religious trial by jury. He would have known that exercising conscience (jury independence)- the knowledge of the objective difference between right and wrong according to natural law, is above the state and belief and the only way to reach a fair and nuanced judgement in matters of justice.

It took approximately 7 months for Archbishop Stephen Langton and the peers of the realm with the masses of support from the people to bring King John to account at Runnymede.

Now compare that achievement with the bum fight known as “the freedom movement!” Considering that the whole fooking world was shut down for approximately 2 years over a hoax and tyranny continues without any legitimate challenge, we can’t claim to be making any genuine headway in restoring justice, which should make you stand up, pay attention and learn what the requirements are for freedom and justice.

The difference is that back in 1215 there would have been unity and passion for the common law. If you think that the Archbishop and some Barons managed to hold King John to account without the masses of support from freedom loving people then you’re deluded. It was the people that were under duress. The King was rebelling against the people by breaching his oath to “govern according to our laws and customs” - the common law. Is this not the same predicament as today?! The same karmic lessons will resurface until consciousness is sufficiently raised.

The violence and oppression from King John and his cronies was overt. There was rape being committed, cruel and grotesque punishments, theft of property and all manner of arbitrary punishments. It is clear then that tyranny, or chaos, which is living in the presence of coercion and violence, got the people up off their arses and spurred them into action.

How quick do you think the people would realise the importance of objective morality and due process of common law trial by jury if today the people were subjected to the same level of violence that King John was inflicting on the people?!

At present, people can’t even help share the message of those doing the educating on constitutional law because they’re trapped in ego and ignorance.

Dark occultists learned that overt violence is to obvious so the manipulators have used psychology to influence the masses to accept slavery and destroy themselves through false belief systems and moral relativism. This has run parallel with educating constitutional law out of the minds of the masses which has allowed statists to incrementally erode our trial by jury constitution over a long period of time. Slavery became covert through psychological manipulation and dressed up as “law” through weaponization of the legislature through the usurpation of the common law with party politics.

However, there is definitely a resurgence in the understanding of the critical importance of having an equitable justice system. The state is taking a huge risk by poking at our trial by jury because it is shining a light on the absolute necessity for the people to be the final check on any act of enforcement if we are to prevent tyranny. The consciences of citizen jurors (judicium parium) is how the people govern themselves in accordance with the constitutional common law of the land (legem terrae)- trial by jury.

If King John did not seal The Great Charter he would have suffered a worse fate rather than just publicly reaffirming his oath by acquiescing to principles of natural justice with his seal on the parchment. A public servant in breach of their oath is a serious crime. The Runnymede event was a very clever manoeuvre which peacefully united the Kingdom by placing the rule of law at the centre of the troubles. It remains an example that no one is above the law in our equal justice for all, common law constitution.

Truth is belligerent by its very nature because it is in constant, defiant opposition to the lie. Perception and belief are not truth. The individual is required to align perception and behaviour with truth so that the manifested reality is in alignment with the natural order.

Holistic intelligence requires us not being rigidly sceptic (pure left brain thinking) or naïve (pure right brain thinking). Nuance and discernment can be applied by accumulating an eclectic mix of information in pursuit of the truth - the trivium.

I have stated many times that the religion of Marxism is the falsification of knowledge. Marxism, which is implemented by statism, a ruthless, ruling class of coercion and violence, are both by-products of satanism. Satanism or dark occultism, is the inversion of truth and morality. All suffering is caused by believing something to be true when it is not. Master psychologists employ their knowledge of the minor and major arcana of natural law to invert the truth by distorting perception. Our actions and our worldview are based upon what we perceive to be true. Our decisions, whether they be based in truth or lies add up in the aggregate to form the quality of our shared experience. So then, truth is clearly very important for reality manifestation.

Religion is a bind on the mind. Religion places human consciousness in a vault of ignorance and locks the door shut. The four main religions that distort perception are:

1. Cultural religion - obfuscation of natural law

2. Money/financial system - the worldwide religion of control.

3. Statism - the belief that a ruling class has the right to rule through coercion and violence.

4. Scientism - lies and pseudoscience promulgated as absolute truth.

Science is man’s attempt to understand nature - the divine intelligence that permeates all life.

What she has documented is absolutely mind blowing.

Science has now become pure intellectualism or pure left brain thinking. The term “academic” is now meaningless. Academics simply regurgitate what they’ve been spoon fed in the state indoctrination camps. The physical and material world has been separated from spirit.

Real science is actually the occult. The occult comprises of 2 bodies of knowledge:

1. The lesser/minor arcana - the human psyche.

2. The greater/major arcana - moral law and the physical sciences.

Anthroposophy, for example, is a mystery tradition of spiritual science which includes biodynamic farming. Spirituality and physical reality are not separate. Knowledge can be used for either good or evil so viewing the occult as all good or all bad is to miss the point entirely. If you are dissuaded from looking into the occult then you are being manipulated into ignoring critical information on how our reality works.

Scientism is a destructive belief system of behavioural manipulation. There is no greater example of scientism than CONVID 1984. Religious slogans and mantras of “trust the science” were used to influence people to blindly obey the priest class of white coats and politicians who spewed bile from the mind control box into the ears of the naïve and fearful. Individual rights were restricted and lives ruined because entire societies believed that a sick person could make a healthy person sick. The CV Act 2020 was an absolute desecration of our constitution. The “germ theory” hypothesis of contagion was disproven upon inception and has since been consistently disproven, especially during the last 6 years. Even cash prizes for empirical proof have not been claimed. The claim was that a virus was floating around and infecting people. Fear influenced the behaviour of entire nations and so people accepted immoral, despotic policy that allowed the state to commit democide in the care homes and further their totalitarian, technocratic agenda in alignment with the UN SDG’s; the globalists constitution of absolute control. All evil starts as fear and ignorance.

The overarching ideology of the UN SDG’s is the cult of “anthropogenic climate change”. A cult is where its members cause harm to non members. All tyranny is committed under the guise of safety. For “the greater good” is a collectivist mantra that allows a collective to oppress the individual. All “isms”, including climate alarmism are variations of collectivism. Statists, germ theorists and “climate activists” are all causing harm based on their beliefs which are allowing the state to usher in their agenda of control and eugenics (depopulation) instead of opposing it. By believing a lie and not calling out falsehoods, a negative reality is manifested. This fraudulent and ridiculous climate religion is promulgated as a convenient “emergency” using the claim that CO2 is the thermostat of the earth. This enables puppet politicians to legislate and control every aspect of our lives. It is well documented that the “global warming” narrative is a globalist scam and there is still no empirical evidence from the IPCC to prove the cause and effect relationship between CO2 and temperatures. Instead we have fudged data, theories, computer models deemed as proof, decades of doomsday rhetoric and consensus viewpoints from captured vested interests. Every weather event is now allegedly because of the “climate crisis”, which is why the climate nonsense is an unfalsifiable hypothesis that avoids the scientific method. An unfalsifiable hypothesis is a religion. To question it is to be called a “climate denier”, which is religious speak for “heresy”. The public are influenced to believe that if they don’t “trust the science” then they are heretical morons. Now we’re in a position where those claiming to save the planet with climate policies, like the unbearable, countryside destroying Ed Milliband, are actually devastating the earth with planet depleting, so-called renewable energy. A typical satanic inversion. Paul Cudenec would argue that all roads lead to Rothschild, including the climate scam.

How does scientism affect the decisions of jurors?

Take for example DNA and genetics; an utterly pseudoscientific fraud of epic proportions. DNA was only ever assumed in the foundational Watson and Crick paper. DNA has never empirically been proven to exist. A jury may convict on DNA “evidence” which is obviously a problem because someone’s life could be ruined because of pseudoscience. There have been instances of miscarriages of justice because of so-called DNA “evidence”.

False beliefs become incredibly dangerous when it forms an egregore across society because it affects reality.

If you are paying attention you will have noticed that certain players within the so-called “freedom movement” only talk about the jury when it suits or when it aligns with a state agenda to sow division. Trial by jury is massively under threat because of the recent treasonous proposals and because of mass public ignorance of how the jury is the supreme sovereign power, as per the constitutional common law of the land.

Defend our Juries is very open about the importance of a juror to deliver a verdict according to conscience - judicium parium. Whilst I wholeheartedly agree with jury independence because it is a principle of natural justice, DoJ are actually combining jury equity with dogma and that’s a huge problem.

On DoJ homepage it states that;

Over the last few years juries have repeatedly acquitted those taking nonviolent direct action to advance climate and racial justice.

As you can clearly see, DoJ are aligning with “climate justice”, just as extinction rebellion do. XR is a Marxist, controlled opposition, state asset that have almost identical aims and objectives to the UN SDG’s. This statement from DoJ is clearly stating its intention to advance the climate agenda. What does the climate agenda promote? Citizens assemblies! CA’s are state engineered, agenda driven usurpations of the authentic rule of law aimed at constitutional reform. Much more on that here.

The main problem here is the belief that the “climate crisis” is a genuine threat founded in factual science. The public will never know why a defendant is acquitted because that is a matter for the jury. If you’re not on that jury deliberating then it’s important to never jump to conclusions over the validity of a verdict. Unless you are there in court listening to all of the evidence and applying your wisdom with the other 11, no one can reliably give an informed opinion about a jury’s verdict. If people start to think that the climate ideology, which is based in pseudoscience and consensus belief, is being used to acquit people and prop up a globalist lie, gradually, the juries constitutional duty of delivering a verdict according to conscience may be put under more pressure and scrutiny. This could lead to an increase in a call for more trial by state judge from those that are uneducated in the constitution and natural justice. Maybe this is the aim; to tarnish the image of the jury? This is problematic for numerous reasons.

People who are sick of “climate activism” and their “non violent direct action” may become disheartened with juries acquitting climate activists. Especially those people that know that the climate cult is a psyop. This benefits the state who are already trying to eradicate our trial by jury. The potential danger is that the consistent acquittal of climate activists may serve to infuriate the average Joe whilst also perpetuating the climate lie by keeping the false climate religion afloat instead of calling it what it really is. A load of unscientific bollox.

There is also the concern that if activists keep holding up placards outside of climate activist’s trials, such as the Trudi Warner case, then the state could use this intimidation as an excuse to legislate that the judge must direct the jury to deliver a verdict according to state legislation instead of conscience. If that happens all juries will be directed entirely by the judge. Jurors would become order followers and pawns of the state.

Can you see how this is a typical Hegelian dialectic that grants the state the excuse to interfere with the jury even more?

The climate narrative is being used to obscure matters of justice which leads to outrage and the public questioning the justice system. Instead of climate activists focusing on holding placards outside of climate activist’s trials, it would be more helpful if climate activists used educational means to make it perfectly clear that Judges should be educating the jury about jury independence. After all, Judges swear allegiance to the King and swear to commit to justice. Which means that they too are bound by the common law, as is the King. The common law is the sovereign voice of jurors, in a jury, delivering a verdict according to conscience in trial by jury. See how easy it is!

There appears to be a group or organisation for every conceivable tyranny. It’s the same with Palestine Action. Genocide is always evil and immoral but these groups that pop up out of nowhere always serve to create a divide in the continuous manufactured battle of left vs right. The Green Party, an overtly Marxist political party appears to side with Palestine Action which further fuels the left/right divide whilst simultaneously dragging in other issues to divide like race and religion. Our perceived differences are consistently used as divide and conquer tactics when we should be focusing on objective morality and constitutional law. What it also does is create opposing view points and tensions so that the government can pick and choose what drama to use as an excuse to further restrict individual rights.

How many of the Palestine Action activists pay taxes and vote? If these activists pay taxes and vote then they are statists. What is statism? It is the religion of coercion and violence that forces the theft of taxation upon the people to oppress them and fund genocidal wars. Anyone that is serious about ending genocide would oppose statism and align with natural law.

The genocide in Gaza highlights the need for humanity to urgently know and understand objective morality instead of forming fringe groups and propping up the one true divide of left vs right.

This is all psychological manipulation and it takes holistic intelligence to see through the deceit.

Ok, back to DoJ.

“Climate justice” is a bullshit, Marxist slogan. There is only natural justice and equity as per the common law. Instead of holding placards outside of trials, why doesn’t DoJ educate the public through the digital sphere about how the common law constitution is supposed to operate and how jury independence is the protective barrier between ALL state legislation and enforcement? If they advocate for “annulment by jury” then it is clear that the people are the final arbiter of law. So, why are they not telling people that the people actually govern themselves through the jury?

It is very interesting to note that DoJ have not said a great deal about the treasonous Leveson and Lammy proposals. I did however find this submission to the Leveson review from a organisation called ‘Appeal’. It’s titled; ‘Defend our juries: APPEAL strongly opposes government proposals to reduce jury trials’. Regardless of the title of the submission, I don’t think there is a stated direct link between APPEAL and DoJ, but the choice of words in the title is interesting nonetheless.

The submission mentions Article 39 of Magna Carta and that “The Magna Carta was the first document to put into writing the principle that the king and his government were not above the law”.

It also states that:

Any reduction of jury rights will inevitably in our submission lead to more miscarriages of justice. The integrity of the criminal justice system is therefore at stake.

This rhetoric is singing the same tune as the barristers and politicians that claim to be opposing the proposals. They all make it very clear how wonderful jury equity is and how it is a principle but never address the fact that government are bound by the common law and cannot legitimately cause injustice by altering the unalterable and principled common law constitution. All this does is leave the lie in place and that although the proposals are strongly opposed, government can nonetheless do whatever it likes, as per the parliamentary sovereignty fallacy.

DoJ are backed by climate justice charity, Plan B.Earth and direct action group Trident Ploughshares. Navigate their FAQ section. The whole thing wreaks of common purpose (Marxism). It doesn’t take much digging to come to the conclusion that although these groups and organisations appear separate, they are actually interconnected through ideology.

Yes, I wholeheartedly agree. Jurors do deserve to hear the whole truth! That not only means that there should be nation wide education on jury independence but it also means that the claim of a “climate crisis” must also be on trial! Now we’re really doing justice by analysing the claim by which “non violent direct action” is excused and committed. The jury are the real judges which means it is they that determine admissibility of evidence.

For there to be real justice, any claim attached to “the science” must be proven beyond all reasonable doubt in front of a jury. Otherwise, belief is overriding justice. This is why truth must be established for there to be order and justice. Belief must not usurp reasonable doubt and individual rights.

All the CONVID fines would be dismissed if a virologist was to try to prove to a jury that viruses exist because that evidence has been requested persistently for 6 years now and it is still yet to emerge. That’s because it doesn’t exist. It’s pseudoscientific fraud. With restoration of authentic trial by jury all arbitrary fines would be prevented anyway. The court backlogs caused by the CONVID hoax is also being used to excuse the further curtailment of trial by jury. Even though every day court rooms that could be used remain closed. Sarah Sackman’s comments of “justice delayed is justice denied” is referring to the backlog and therefore attempting to justify the despotism of trial by Judge; but what that phrase is really referring to is “justice is denied altogether in the absence of a trial by jury” or “if trial by jury is delayed then justice is denied”. Magna Carta never prescribed that if there is a delay that the parties are to be denied justice by facing a trial by Judge! If authentic trial by jury were to be restored in all of our courts then there would be no “delay”. The fix is simple. More Courts + More Juries = More Justice; but the state is doing the opposite as per its inverted ideology. The primary role of the King’s administration is to preserve the justice system, not to destroy it.

Under the authentic rule of law, someone like Ed Milliband who is destroying the countryside would suffer the wrath of cost free private prosecution. His entire operation of destruction is being justified by the climate lie but climate activists seem conveniently quiet on that topic! So, under equal justice for all, he would have to answer for himself and provide proof of claim to a jury. Entire communities are being destroyed because the people have forgotten that they own the law in jury independence. If DOJ really wanted justice they would educate about the authentic rule of law, especially cost free private prosecution but they’re not! If “climate justice” is the aim then why not educate people that no one is immune from prosecution under equal justice for all?!

This is why the principles of Magna Carta are ignored and obfuscated by the state because it resigns them to a rule of law. They wouldn’t be able to just do whatever they like, like they are now!

If climate scientists had to prove the cause and effect relationship between CO2 and temperature, it would be a monumental embarrassment exposing decades of fraud, which is why it hasn’t happened in a constitutionally legal court with a jury. By forming a religion around the climate consensus (a majority vote/collectivist tyranny), belief is used to create an unspoken acceptance in society that must not be questioned. It creates a denial, hassle and ridicule factor that could potentially deter some people from challenging the narrative.

Judges even prevent climate activists from mentioning climate change which gives the impression that it’s some kind of tension; an absolute truth that cannot be used as a defence. These fun and games all play into the belief that the climate crisis is real and that climate activists are prevented from speaking “the truth” and are therefore suffering from injustice. It’s a continual propping up of the climate lie. If a juror believes in the climate crisis then they may have sympathy for the accused but all the more reason to address the elephant in the room which is the proof of claim that doesn’t exist.

The same applies with germ theory but even with that there are legal precedents that dismantle the germ lie such as Lanka vs Barden and the recent example in India. Real justice would require providing proof of claim of contagion, DNA and man made climate change in order to prevent scientism getting in the way of justice and causing injustice. All false belief systems have to be dismantled if humanity is to move consciousness forward.

Yes, the climate changes naturally, of course, but someone is under total mind control if they believe that a gas we breathe out and plants breathe in is somehow controlling a complex and not fully understood system. Secular humanism is the belief that man is the measure of all things. It removes divinity from the equation. Reducing the climate to a concept of - man burns stuff so it gets hot; is pure reductionist and mechanical thinking.

We might be getting somewhere if we thought in terms of consciousness and the principle of correspondence. As within so without. The outer world is a reflection of our inner world.

The real problem the planet faces is statism. It is the acceptance of statism/collectivism that is eradicating our inalienable rights and allowing for democide. It is the acceptance of statism/collectivism that is allowing for the destruction of our planet through mass chemical poisoning and land misuse. Common law trial by jury empowers the people to equitably settle and deal with every dispute and crime in alignment with the natural order. This must be our goal.

Controlled opposition is defined as:

The deception becomes layered when an individual, group, or organisation looks to be, from the outside, standing up to tyranny. To truly stand up to tyranny requires addressing causal factors, a point which I am constantly making. Controlled opposition is often attached to a left or right wing agenda which serves to keep a permanent divide between political opponents, feeding the constant manufactured polarisation of opposing sides. When the verdicts of the jury are added into the mix, the public can be blinded by the views of “their side” and easily fall into anger if a verdict is not in keeping with their media distorted perceptions. The control of mass media can easily distort perception so that specific emotions are stirred within the masses, like anger. This can lead to the sowing of seeds of doubt about our precious trial by jury. Those who do not understand the psychology of manipulation and how the constitution is supposed to operate can easily be steered into incorrect thinking due to a manufactured furore. If these groups and organisations really wanted to take on tyranny then they would be pointing out the following constitutional facts.

1. No court is a legal court unless it has a jury as per Article 39 of our Magna Carta Constitution.

2. The jury are the real judges. A “Judge” is simply a convenor and would be perverting the course of justice if they were to direct the jury in any way whatsoever.

3. An authentic trial by jury not only judges on the guilt of the defendant, but also the fact, the admissibility of evidence, the justice of the law itself and the sentence - judicium parium.

4. Party politics is an aberration of the common law because it illegitimately elevates the legislature above the common law and the King’s duty bound prerogative to refuse assent to unconstitutional legislation.

With enough people having a full understanding of our common law constitution, legitimate governance can be restored and so everybody can have access to equal justice.

Speaking of access to equal justice. UN SDG 16.3 kindly informs us of the following:

Of course there’s no mention of trial by jury in alignment with natural justice because as with all tyrannical regimes such as the EU, communism and Nazism, trial by judge is the distorted rule of law.

Un SDG 16.7 is eluding to citizens assemblies. “Climate justice” would be the worldwide implementation of the UN SDG’s. So, there are climate activists propping up jury independence because they believe juries will acquit them of wrong doing if they shout “climate crisis” loud enough but their ultimate goal is climate justice, right? So, that means one world government - the UN.

SDG 16.9 is digital ID.

SDG 16.A is elevating national legislation and UN legislation above constitutional law and objective morality, just as is the case now.

SDG 16.C is the indiscriminate destruction of the countryside with “renewable energy”. Satanic inversions. All of it.

Where is the Tension? The Juror's Oath and Conscience - CommonL...

Government is simply organisational structure with people from the community stepping forward to perform a role of responsibility.

Slavery is the use of coercion and violence to restrict free will and control behaviour. It is a claim of ownership over the life and property of another, such as forced taxation.

Anything can be misused to create a power differential. A perfect example is knowledge or the occult. A power differential is created because the masses are ignorant of the occult teachings of the dynamics that govern reality.

Hierarchy is also not an issue. An individual that has significant knowledge of their craft can use their knowledge and talent to apply wisdom in the task they have either offered or been chosen to perform. They can use that wisdom to be of service and to be responsible to the community that they are in.

We’re all equally unequal with different talents and it would be irresponsible to assign someone a task that is incompetent or lacks wisdom in a particular field. A responsible community would know that the chosen individual had proven themself worthy of responsibility in the required role.

For instance, a King is actually supposed to be a wise elder. Elders have always been revered for their wisdom.

I can hear the seething from my keyboard! I can hear the cries of; “Calvin is advocating for government and kings which means he condones slavery!”

One thing anarchists lack is nuance. They’ve read Spooners ‘Constitution of no authority’ but I don’t know of any that have read his ‘An essay on the trial by jury’. That’s called IGNORing information that conflicts with your world view. The ego is getting in the way of understanding why the trial by jury is in alignment with natural law.

Holistic intelligence requires merging intellectualism with intuition; the masculine and feminine components of our consciousness.

Government can only be allowed to become oppressive when the masses of people forget and ignore:

1. Objective morality - natural law

   and

2. Equity - all being equal under the law.

Natural law is the science of aligning our free will with objective morality to create optimal conditions within society whilst equity is the check on free will to maintain harmonious balance and order within society.

Equity then, is the common law of the land or jury independence. This means that common law trial by jury is a natural law tribunal in which the people govern themselves by judging on the moral legitimacy of all acts of law enforcement, civil and criminal, so that all parties are protected by the jury, the people, exercising the universal conscience of mankind.

To even have a jury requires some kind of organisation and governance.

Isn’t it fortunate then, that the King has sworn to the people in his coronation oath to “govern according to our laws and customs”.

“Laws and customs” is referring to legem terrae - the common law of the land or jury independence. The perfect expression of equity is Article 39 of our Magna Carta Constitution.

In effect, the King is swearing to help the people govern themselves by upholding and maintaining the framework by which the people govern their communities by judging on the justice of the law in a court of conscience.

Juries then, require courts, convenors (wrongly called judges because the people are the judges as jurors), court escorts, police, barristers, court administrators etc.

As you can clearly see from the aforementioned responsibilities, members of the community are required to perform certain tasks in the functioning of justice. This is order as opposed to chaos. So then, “government”, as it was originally intended was simply the King and his administration tasked with the primary role of ensuring that the people govern themselves through their justice system.

Try not to let cognitive dissonance creep in just because what I am describing is not how things are currently operating! The tyranny of the status quo does not mean that the common law constitution is not legitimate. In fact, the tyranny of the status quo is evidence that failing to adhere to principles of natural justice and equity is how society has self sabotaged itself and fallen into negative karmic consequence. Only a collective effort will restore legitimate governance.

The King is supposed to be chosen by the people but whoever is tasked with this incredibly important and responsible role is bound by oath to perform. If the King or any public servant, whom would also be under oath, fails to perform or breaches the constitution such as legislating for injustice, then under equal justice for all, cost free private prosecution can be issued against the accused. This obviously applies to the police, the council etc. Equity ensures that no one steps outside of their constitutional limitations without consequence, or, in other words, no one is entitled to use their position to cause oppression. By public servants swearing allegiance to the King, they are swearing to uphold the constitution. Equal justice for all stamps out tyranny. The oaths bind everyone serving to the limitations placed upon them by the constitution. The oaths are promises to the people - the true sovereign power.

Judges (convenors) are also supposed to be chosen by the people. Judges would be chosen for their knowledge and integrity and members of the community would even sit in a court room to assess the performance of the judge and make sure they were convening appropriately.

Some voluntarists will even take umbridge with a police force by using silly phrases such as “I do not consent”. An individual loses their rights when crime has been committed. This is where nuance is required. Coercion is a breach of objective morality yet coercion is entirely necessary to arrest a criminal and bring the accused before a jury. A criminal stating that they “do not consent” could abscond themselves from any kind of lawful consequence. If a police did not take any action unless an individual consented to their doing so, then the police would be rendered incapable of preventing crime or arresting an assailant. There is nothing oppressive with tasking some individuals with a specific role of protection. The protection is the masculine containment within society and the military and police are supposed to be extensions of the sovereign voice of the jury as they too are under oath. The Peelian principles lay out the honourable duty of police very clearly.

The oaths publicly bind everyone to a rule of law. Anarchy does not mean “no rules”. It means “without rulers”. If you are using the trivium method and using your capacity for holistic intelligence, you should come to the conclusion that under the common law, no one is ruling over anyone. In fact, jury independence provides the back drop for a voluntarist society by having in place a mechanism in which breach of individual rights are dealt with fairly in a common law court of conscience. This is what the “rule of law” is; rules in alignment with natural law!

It is also important for voluntarists to not lose their mind over the word “constitution”. Trial by jury IS the constitution, at least in ol’ blighty anyway. Simply put, a constitution is moral and equitable principle - first things first. Constitutions are only legitimate if they clearly stipulate that the people are the supreme sovereign power by judging on the justice and enforcement of all laws. This is why Magna Carta is legitimate. It reaffirmed ancient, existing common law principles, for the avoidance of doubt, on parchment during a time when the most senior public servant, the King, was stepping beyond his constitutional limitations.

However, the American constitution is convoluted and illegitimate because it outlines the qualifications for the office of president, which automatically requires the tyranny of party politics. The party politics model of utter bullshit was founded after the treasonous Bill of Rights 1689 which denuded the King and placed wealth qualifications on jurors; and also stipulated who could bear arms when the right to bear arms is a natural right in alignment with the self defence principle. Then the party politics nonsense was repackaged in the 1776 American constitution. Party politics subverted the English common law constitutional monarchy by elevating majority opinion above conscience and reasonable doubt. The result being that voting and majority opinion is now used all over the world to legislate for moral relativism in the oppression of all people in the left/right paradigm of pendulum swinging. It’s got so far out of hand that some people actually believe that the legislature can legislate to further curtail trial by jury simply because a specific party was voted in by an alleged “majority”. This is the belief that government can do whatever it likes just because a party was voted in when in fact government/King has always been limited by the common law. Party politics illegitimately turned our constitutional monarchy into a Republic. Restoration of authentic common law trial by jury would annul the oppressive politics model altogether. Surely that’s something to unite over?!

The people have been influenced to believe that they exercise their voice by casting a vote to choose which arse cheek, left or right, they want to oppress them. The people’s voice has always been as a juror on a jury, taking part in the governance of their communities in civic duty.

We are not all equal under the law if public servants can legislate to remove our constitutional right to be judged by our peers in due process of common law trial by jury. It is the legislative procedure that is weaponised to enslave people. With restoration of the common law the statute book would almost entirely be put through the shredder but regardless of the legislation, it is the consciences of citizen jurors that has the final word as final arbiters of law - judicium parium. The jury is supposed to be the constant barrier between “law” and the act of enforcement. Party politics is the elevation of moral relativism through the legislature. It’s a deceptive usurpation of the common law that has influenced the public to adopt the satanic mindset of selfishism and moral relativism; the 2 lower tenets of satanism.

Adult suffrage is not an act of oppression when it is used to select people to perform a role of responsibility within society. A majority would simply elect the most capable people within their community to be of service. Voting becomes a tyranny, as it is now, when it is used to impose despotic policy upon the citizenry. When the people are not involved in the making of the laws that they are to abide by and are prevented from judging on the justice of the law at the point of enforcement, then the people are under a condition of slavery.

After years of ignorance and deception, the people have forgotten that they are actually the real “government” and that the people govern themselves through the jury; and that the King is supposed to preserve this framework by governing in accordance with the requirements for protecting the peoples constitutional right to be the supreme sovereign judges in all matters of justice.

So, “government” is simply the instrument by which the people rule themselves - the jury. It is the common law that prevents the conditions of slavery by placing everyone equally under a rule of law. Eternal vigilance is required in maintaining conditions of freedom and justice. A paradigm shift requires numbers which involves an increase in the knowledge of objective morality and an increase in the knowledge of authentic trial by jury.

This is a critical subject and needs careful consideration. The common law is that everyone has a right to a jury of peers. Self defence in the heat of the moment is a different matter entirely. But if you witness a heinous paedophilic crime and the offender is arrested, the matter MUST be brought before the community in trial by jury for there to be equal justice for all. Taking matters into our own hands breaches equity (equal justice) which ultimately leads to chaos because anyone could then make up excuses as to why they deemed themselves above the law to kill someone they deemed to be immoral. And this is what government are trying to do with moral relativism or pre crime.

Innocent until proven guilty. The burden of proof is on the claimant and authentic trial by jury or beyond reasonable doubt requires all 12 jurors to judge 'guilty' for there to be a sentence. Justice would rather 10 guilty go free then 1 innocent imprisoned.
Authentic trial by jury is the people as judges who also set the sentence. However, I am reminded of the film 'A time to kill' where 2 guys raped and abused an 11 year old girl and the father killed the 2 offenders in a court building. The father was brought before a jury of peers and was found not guilty. It's a good example of how the community owns the law by using discernment and nuance to reach an equitable verdict. The point being that the community, through a jury, were the final arbiters of law in alignment with the self defence principle by self governing their community by applying the negative/positive consequence - justice/karma. As humanities consciousness progresses, trial by jury will not only be about punitive measures but also restorative justice - forgiveness and healing.
Restoring Common law trial by jury should be everyone's priority because with full restoration no one is immune from prosecution and all crimes can be dealt with equitably. Straying from equal justice is to go out of alignment with natural law because individuals cannot place themselves above the law lest they breach equity. Every crime placed before the consciences of a jury must be taken on its own merits.

Governments are getting away with murder because the people have forgotten that the common law binds everyone, especially public servants to a rule of law. Due process of law is due process of common law trial by jury. We know that many public servants are committing crimes against the people but they must face a jury. Society then becomes involved in a mass shadow work, work shop called 'the jury'! Morality then increases as civic mindedness increases as people learn to govern their communities through the jury. That’s not correct. The occulted purpose of the jury as established since time immemorial is that nothing can be enforced against an individual without the community, through a jury, judging on the moral legitimacy of the law and the sentence once all evidence has been considered.
What you are effectively saying is that you would be above the law and can take matters into your own hands and that reasonable doubt is not required because you alone have decided guilt. Whether you witnessed a crime or not, that’s arbitrary punishment that removes the conscientious deliberation of our peers to apply logic and reason. 12 minds are better than 1. You are describing a situation where you would be above the law, just like the despotism of trial by judge which is a tyranny. With your viewpoint society would gradually descend into violence and vigilantism and therefore out of alignment with natural law and equity. Being the judge in our own cause sets a dangerous precedent for further violence. Trial by jury is all about maintaining the balance in a court of conscience and for there to be equal justice (fairness) the matter must be dealt with by 12 random peers.
The common law is about aligning with principles of natural justice so that society self corrects itself according to conscientious deliberation through a jury - self governance. We live in alignment with natural law but in the event of a legal dispute or a crime, the matter is passed to the community to be dealt with fairly for everyone’s protection. In that sense the jury is actually a natural law tribunal where the universal conscience of mankind can be safely relied upon to protect individual liberty.

My additional thoughts on the conversation.

The mistake that Larken has made is thinking that the jury is just a fact finding mission only when in fact the jury is the people governing themselves in conscience. We’re all part of a community so crime is answerable before the community, through a jury, so that correction can take place to ensure societal cohesion. A nation governs itself through it’s justice system because with the power to punish comes with it all power. If an individual decides to become the executioner then cracks will appear in the structure of society through breach of equity and lack of nuance and discernment. We cannot point the finger at corrupt governments for abusing the law whilst simultaneously advocating for abuse of the law by dismissing due process. Government oppresses us by unlawfully ignoring due process with the despotism of trial by judge. The jury places everyone on an equal playing field in a court of conscience to protect both parties.

The scales on Ma’at and Lady Justice represent balance and order. The sword on its own without compassion is just lazy left brained thinking. Holistic intelligence is the combination of analytical thought with intuition. Action, the masculine; and care, the feminine. The cosmic balance of order that must be maintained. In this sense the constitution of trial by jury becomes the masculine container that provides the means for society to nurture itself.

If we all put on a cape and cowl and started beating up those that have done us wrong then society would descend into a barbarous state of chaos. Principles are first things first. The principle of the jury is to deliver justice from a stand point that eliminates bias and arbitrary punishment, therefore creating order. The universe requires us to behave thusly. There is nothing more bias than taking the law into our own hands which would consequentially open up more unforeseen problems and consequences.

Authentic trial by jury judges on the fact, the justice of the law, the admissibility of evidence and the sentence (judicium parium). Just because authentic trial by jury is not currently operating as it is supposed to be that does not mean that we start to implement DIY justice. Violence begets more violence so by restoring the common law we can peacefully restore the natural order. If we understand that there has to be an increase in objective morality in the aggregate for there to be freedom; then we must also understand that there must also be an aggregate increase in the knowledge of how natural justice is supposed to operate and educate it into existence.

Larken is using the example of an eye witness of a crime to establish guilt and skip due process. On a larger scale this would gradually descend a society into disorder. To be the witness of a crime does not qualify an individual to play God. Imagine if everyone used their eye witness account as a green light to justify vigilantism?! If preventing a crime or saving someone from harm involved the offender committing the harm to be killed then the matter would also be dealt with by a jury. The jury is where these issues and the facts are thrashed out properly. We must remember that equity is the check on free will to maintain the cosmic balance. Furthermore, because the jury is not bias, they never know the facts of the matter of any case they are judging on anyway, not until they are presented with them. That’s the whole point of a jury; to allow the people to apply conscience in an unbiased environment.

There is obviously a huge sense of frustration given the Epstein revelations and the continuing abuse of our rights and I get that, of course. But we must stick to principle to align with the workings of the universe. Where I get frustrated is that the common law is the Achilles heel of the establishment but there isn’t no where near enough people educating on how the common law binds the public servants and elevates the people above the machinery of government as the final arbiter of law. The common law is the missing link to establishing freedom. No government wants the citizenry understanding that the real government is the people through a jury! The system of corruption would implode if everyone started pointed out how all public servants and their law making mechanisms are subservient to the conscientious verdicts of jurors in trial by jury. Essentially the government would be educated into subordination, just as Magna Carta prescribed!

Natural law is the universal moral philosophy but common law trial by jury is how objective morality is upheld equitably through conscientious participation of the citizenry. By this method the people learn to govern their communities and become empowered through a moral, equitable framework that teaches people through deliberation about how interconnected we are through the quality of our behaviour and how we treat and deal with each other.

Restorative justice is a concept that is missed by most. It’s critical for our evolution and it ties in with individual and societal shadow work, transmutation of the darkness. The spiritual significance of trial by jury in transmuting the darkness is still yet to be discovered on a large scale. This, of course, is why it has been unconstitutionally watered down and is still under attack. The combination of responsibility, care and conscience has a powerful effect on society in terms of evolutionary progress and the jury provides the classroom for that potential.

The obsession with the death penalty seems to be in the minds of those with a statist mindset and those that are freedom minded. Talking about sentencing people to death when the state is becoming increasingly more rogue is dangerous and feeds into the left brain domineering mindset.

Think about what Karma is. It’s a lesson. If an individual can be helped in this life before having to do it all over again then surely we would be aligning with the divine will to move consciousness forward?

Larken is a warrior for sure and I have much respect for him but the anarchist and voluntaryist communities are missing a trick. That trick is common law trial by jury.

Evil is not required for there to be good. Evil simply highlights the necessity for good. Morality and truth cause happiness and order. Evil and lies cause suffering and chaos.

Ending slavery does not consist of dwelling in fear and regurgitating fear propaganda and focusing on whatever new threat the sorcerers want us to be afraid of. Ending slavery does not consist of continuously highlighting the agenda of tyranny. Ending slavery does not consist of challenging a system that is illegitimate and criminal.

The “freedom movement” does not want to end human slavery because it ignores the requirements for freedom and justice. It is full of people that are only concerned with arguing with the establishment and saving a few quid. They do not realise that they are engaged in the satanic mindset of ignorance, unchecked ego and only caring about service to self. Agape or true care is care for the human condition which means knowing and acting upon the inherent requirements for freedom and justice. The “freedom movement” has big influencers with a much larger reach than me who continuously ignore the dynamics that govern our reality. These people are not helping you. They are keeping you spiritually stunted in a low vibratory state of fear whilst simultaneously obfuscating the real solutions with incessant shit talk. The job of the “freedom movement” is to drown you in minutia and futility to prevent you from raising your consciousness with the divine will of creation.

You are here to help move consciousness forward, not to prevent it. Do not be deceived by those focusing on the intricate details of the inside of the prison. For example, there have been many people highlighting numerous injustices but refuse to acknowledge how we can actually achieve justice. And when this is highlighted, these decepticons make up the most pathetic excuses for not looking into the information. Every “truther” I’ve engaged with on the subject of natural law and common law (the requirements for freedom), have spewed utter nonsense in their responses to me. What they’re really saying without saying it is “I have no intention of aligning with truth or raising humanities consciousness for reasons I will not honestly divulge”. These people with influence that continue to mislead and distract will suffer a more severe kind of karmic consequence because they have used their free will to prevent the elevation of consciousness when they have been informed of the requirements for freedom repeatedly by myself and others. If we don’t want to live under coercion and violence then there are requirements to manifesting that reality and it begins with healing your worldview.

For the avoidance of doubt I will now highlight the requirements for freedom as I have continuously done.

1. Be honest with yourself. Do you have the knowledge required to know what the solutions are for freedom? Do you understand the relationship between morality and freedom? Do you know how the common law enables a society to self govern equitably? Self analysis and the deep introspective work of shadow work is required to purify ones inner being. Shadow work is a continuous process of refinement. Without understanding the human psyche and our own potential to be manipulated we will not recognise the full extent to which dark occult forces work upon us.

2. As objective morality increases in the aggregate, the condition of freedom increases in the aggregate. Who in the “freedom movement” is educating their followers about the dynamic of objective morality and how it governs the condition of freedom? Why would those who claim to want freedom ignore this ancient equation that was taught by all occult traditions?

3. Justice is achieved when the people own the law by judging on the moral legitimacy of all ‘laws’ at the point of enforcement in common law trial by jury. No matter what injustice you are challenging, if you ignore the common law, you are ignoring the requirements for equal justice and are therefore ignoring the requirements for restoring natural justice.

In summary, ignorance is the friend of tyranny. The acceptance of lies over truth is how an inverted reality is created. We know that freedom requires an aggregate increase in truth and morality so that means that there needs to be an aggregate increase in people educating others about the requirements for freedom and justice. This is very simple! Or at least it should be! Humanities consciousness is currently so low that maybe only chaos and suffering will shock enough people into aligning with truth? Consciousness is pattern recognition. Have you not recognised the constant pattern of bullshit in the fake “freedom movement?” The kingdom of God is within. The ability to align with the divine will is within all of us. Knowledge, care and courage for freedom and justice is what will manifest freedom and justice and move consciousness forward.

The treasonous proposals to further restrict our constitutional right to trial by jury has created a relentless furore of disgust, disbelief and an array of brilliant counter arguments that eloquently explain the consequences of what will happen to defendants that are denied their common right. The platform “X” appears to be the main battlefield for defending trial by jury in the public sphere.

The backlog of cases caused by the neglect of the justice system and the historical, unconstitutional whittling away of juries from our courts, are being used as the excuse to further erode trial by jury. MP Sarah Sackman has even stated that even if there was not a backlog that the Labour party would still want to reduce trial by jury, stating it as “ideological”. This is in direct contradiction to the original back log excuse and is an open, public declaration of intent to cause injustice - mens rea. All governments have long been under the influence of supranational bodies and this was blatantly apparent during the lockstep of the CONVID debacle, plus it’s well documented in any event. The U-turn of politicians on their stance of previously advocating for trial by jury, including Starmer, Lammy and Sackman, only suggests that this “ideology” is not their own. Some politicians have even tried to use victims of crime and their long wait for a trial caused by government’s own neglect as another excuse to push through this ideology of inversion. Everyone would be a victim of injustice if trial by jury were to be further restricted more than it already is! Imagine being accused of a crime and not having the conscientious protection of your peers. They’re trying to create a culture of guilty before proven innocent.

More Courts + More Juries = More Justice

Despite this blatant show of constitutional desecration, politicians and lawyers have not found it within themselves to call these proposals unconstitutional or criminal.

Why is restricting an individuals right to trial by jury criminal? Because it allows for arbitrary punishment by elevating the state, through trial by judge, above the conscience of the citizenry which removes protection from injustice, nuance and discernment.

The failure of those that should know better in calling out acts of crime are suffering from a poisoned worldview. They believe that parliament is above the people. This belief system is called “parliamentary sovereignty” which is the belief that because a majority have voted for a specific party that the legislature can do whatever it likes. This is also propped up by the false belief that there are legitimate checks and balances that prevent the legislature getting out of hand. The irony is that the real checks and balances are the King who is “believed” to only have a ceremonial role and “has” to give Royal Assent to all legislation no matter what. This ignores the fact that that King swore in his coronation oath to govern according to our “laws and customs” - legem terrae; the common law of the land - our common right of trial by jury. So, the King is actually swearing to govern according to the sovereign decisions of the people in a jury. The King’s primary role is to maintain and uphold the framework by which the people are the judges on all acts of law enforcement.

The other false belief is that the people express their voice through voting which is a pure deception. The people have always expressed their voice as citizen jurors by judging on the guilt of the defendant and the justice of the law that brought the defendant into court.

So, the separation of powers is a PR stunt to give the false impression that there are genuine checks on government that prevent tyranny when in fact the real checks and balances of trial by jury is under threat from the very people whose primary role is to uphold it, as per their oath of allegiance to the King.

There are lawyers and politicians who staunchly believe that trial by jury is a birth right and a check on state overreach yet they are not calling the current proposals criminal. Maybe they would if more people who claim to want justice started getting vocal about the common law? Justice cannot be achieved by ignoring the mechanism by which the people do justice!

It is clearly understood by most lawyers and politicians that trial by jury is a “right”. A “right” is behaviour that does not cause harm to another. By removing the individuals “right” to trial by jury is to claim ownership over an individuals “rights” through the legislative procedure. Claiming de facto ownership over another by removing their inherent, constitutional “right” to trial by jury is slavery. Slavery is the removal of rights through the use of coercion and violence. Legislation is being used to impose slavery, just as it is with tax; the theft of ones property through threat of coercion and violence. Slavery is committed by those with a psychopathic, left brained, dominating mindset to covertly impose their egotistical will upon the masses by influencing them to believe that their “authority” is legitimate. Legitimacy is only achieved through alignment with principles of natural justice, such as the common law of the land as reaffirmed in Magna Carta 1215.

This is what politicians and lawyers should be asking themselves: Do I believe that slavery, the removal of individual rights, is moral?
If not, then why do I accept that government can remove individual rights?
Lastly, is my world view poisoned if I accept the breach of individual rights?

At a deeper level, what is really going on here is that the dark occultists that created the left/right mental schism of party politics, have influenced the masses to accept legislative moral relativism instead of objective morality and constitutional principles of natural justice. Majority vote/opinion, which is lazy thinking and moral relativism, has been overlayed over reasonable doubt and conscience which has consequentially allowed for a socially Darwinian ruling class to dominate and impose their eugenics agenda over a long period of time.

No change can be made without healing our worldview. All is mind. Aligning with the truth of natural law and guarding our minds against intrusive thoughts and lies will help generate a reality in alignment with the natural order. Everything that exists, exists first as a mental construct so the quality of the information received into the mind will determine the output, the manifested reality. The principle of correspondence is that the outer world is a reflection of our inner world. This is why our world view must be healed and the unity consciousness of aligning thoughts, emotions and actions with objective morality is so important.

Change is possible. We’re here to grow in consciousness and we can positively influence change through persistently speaking the truth. Truth is that which is and always has been and so it’s not going anywhere. It just needs shining upon the Earth through our will and actions.

Dark occultism or sorcery is all about perception distortion to influence behaviour in such a way that benefits the psychological manipulators. Dark occultism is master psychology. The driving force of human behaviour is fear. Man’s greatest, primal, subconscious fears are:

1. Fear of darkness.

2. Fear of predators.

3. Fear of abandonment.

4. Fear of chaos.

The fear of chaos is the main tool of manipulation used by dark occultists to keep their system of coercion and violence in place. Dark occultists direct humanities reality by influencing people to engage in the lower levels of the Satanic mindset. With populations engaged in a de facto satanic mindset, the manipulators are able to dominate with the two higher levels of Satanism; which are social Darwinism and eugenics. This is observable and self evident in the dominating power structures that oppress entire populations through democidal policies. A de facto Satanic mindset is thoughts and deeds in opposition to natural law. Selfishness, unchecked ego and moral relativism all oppose the divine will of creation by working against the natural order by causing suffering.

Society is influenced into mass selfishism by numbing and subjecting individuals to the 9-5 corporate industrial model of servitude to the statist machine. Such misery leaves little room to expand in consciousness and so vices are offered for escapism and to suppress emotional awareness. Money, the world wide religion of control influences people into believing that money accumulation is the ultimate purpose and security. If people can be influenced into believing that the most worthy endeavour in life is to earn money then people willingly enslave themselves to a model of indentured slavery based upon a belief system of false value. Money has no intrinsic value. It’s a currency of control that chokes every aspect of society.

People have been influenced to place value on material possession and money has to be accumulated to have material things. Even food and water cannot be gathered without money. If we cannot even live without money then we are under coercion to participate in a system of coercive control that limits human potential. This coercion creates mass selfishism and encourages service to self over service to others and our communities.

If the prevailing worldview is that of selfishness and prioritising the pursuit of worldly pleasures, then true care for the human condition becomes absent. This creates a power differential whereby those that do care about dominance can dominate unimpeded because not enough people care about the human condition. Only caring about individual preservation and one’s own circumstance prevents us uniting and aligning with the divine will of creation and our dharma.

Because natural law is the most occulted subject in the world, the knowledge of objective morality and the importance of aligning our free will with objective morality has been obfuscated and left humanity ignorant of the dynamic that governs human freedom. Religion and politics have normalised moral relativism. It is not for institutions or the individual to decide what morality is. Morality is behavioural consequence woven into reality. Morality is inherent within nature because it is behaviours that do not breach the free will of others. Trespassing on the free will of another and their right to not be harmed adds up in the aggregate to cause chaos. Free will behaviours that breach natural law and create a victim is why we have a justice system; so that the natural order is maintained. A society that does not know that collectivist ideologies that impose coercion and violence are immoral, such as majority opinion and party politics, will continue to suffer under duress by failing to recognise and call out oppression. With masses of people in society focusing on their own selfish, materialistic needs and not calling out immoral behaviour, a self sabotaging cycle of negative karmic consequence is created.

Comfort is used to dissuade people from right action. Fear of losing one’s perceived level of comfort influences mass obedience to tyranny. Dependency and comfort are manipulating forms of control that are utilised by statism to provide everything for citizens so that obedience can be induced. Most people are accustomed to comfort so most choose to do nothing in the face of tyranny through fear of losing their comfort. Fear of sacrifice is a state of base consciousness rooted in selfishism. By influencing the masses to pursue and only care for comfort and pleasure allows for mass control of humanity because the masses willingly choose not to rock the boat in order to keep what they have.

Unchecked ego keeps an individual in a state of ignorance and misalignment. Ignorance, apathy, cowardice and laziness are the 4 destroyers of consciousness. Failing to evaluate one self with deep introspective shadow work allows for the unchecked ego to run rampant and effect behaviour. By addressing any duality in our thoughts, emotions and actions we set on a path to unity consciousness. Selfishism and ego cause apathy for wider suffering which perpetuates morally relativist behaviour that leads to coercive and violent external control.

Whether you call it the banking cartel, central government or secret societies, we live under an occultocracy; mass psychological manipulation. “They”, the dark occultists can only win if they can influence entire populations to be selfish, egotistical and immoral. Moral education is about raising consciousness so that immorality, coercion and violence will not be tolerated. To level the playing field objective morality must become common knowledge. The more of us that educate on this the more of an aggregate increase can be achieved so that we can bring about a condition of freedom - the law of freedom.

The claim is that mycobacterium bovis is the cause of the symptoms associated with TB in cows. Let’s examine whether this claim is based in strict adherence to the scientific method or whether it is pseudoscience.

Koch’s postulates are the gold standard method to determine whether a micro-organism causes disease and mycobacterium bovis has never satisfied Koch’s postulates.

Koch’s Postulates

1. The microorganism must be found in abundance in all cases of those suffering from the disease, but should not be found in healthy subjects.

2. The microorganism must be isolated from a diseased subject and grown in pure culture.

3. The cultured microorganism should cause the exact same disease when introduced into a healthy subject.

4. The microorganism must be reisolated from the inoculated, diseased experimental host and identified as being identical to the original specific causative agent.

What is the observable phenomenon in nature?

Do we observe a bacterium crawling onto a cow and then witness the cow suffering from sickness? No! So, the blind assumption is that bacteria finds its way into the cow and makes it sick, somehow. So, based on an unobservable phenomenon, the hypothesis is that mycobacterium bovis causes sickness in cows.

To prove this we would have to do science! This is where the claim falls apart!

So, assuming that the Independent variable (IV) - the presumed cause, is mycobacterium bovis, we would need a study that demonstrates the use of purified mycobacterium bovis with a natural mode of entry to cause sickness in a cow. DEFRA, APHA or any other government institution or university cannot provide this study. Don’t believe me? Ask them for yourself!

The next step in the scientific method is the dependent variable; the observed effect. Since there is no experimentation that demonstrates purified mycobacterium bovis naturally “infecting” a cow, there is no documented effect that has been observed.

Let’s say that a cow has tested positive for the bacterium and has exhibited the symptoms associated with TB, which are weight loss, depression, sluggishness, fever and persistent cough. Note that a cow could exhibit these symptoms for a plethora of many other reasons that are not investigated!!! So, to establish the cause and effect relationship between the bacterium and the symptoms we would need to confirm the claim of causation with controls.

For example, this would require the testing of 100 cows with the bacterium and 100 cows without the bacterium and then examining the cows for symptoms to gain a reliable conclusion.

If a higher percentage of cows with the bacterium exhibit no symptoms then it can be reasonably concluded that there is no cause and effect relationship.

Conversely, if a higher percentage of cows that do not have the bacterium but do exhibit the symptoms associated with TB then the claim will also have been disproven. This is basic science to establish a diagnosis but don’t forget. These controls would be on top of the fact that no experiment has ever been conducted with purified mycobacterium bovis and the scientific method to satisfy Koch’s postulates.

I have been directly involved in helping farmers with the testing of cattle and I have seen the nonsense for myself.

The response says that “a complex mix of proteins extracted from cultures of M. bovis grown in the laboratory” are injected into the “deep layers of the skin”. This is not a representation of what happens in nature. This is not a natural mode of entry. Then also consider that the tuberculin is a concoction of cultured proteins in a glycerine liquid unnaturally injected into an animal. Is it any wonder that lumps appear on some cattle! There are no controls to see whether it is just the glycerine liquid alone that causes the swelling in cattle! There are no controls to test whether it is just the needle alone that causes the swelling! If Btb allegedly effects the cows lungs then why not simply test the breath of the cow or it’s sputum for the bacterium? They do not perform these logical tests because there is no empirical evidence that bacteria causes sickness. It is pure belief that allows this fraud to persist.

There is no evidence of a primary publication that demonstrates the use of a purified bacteria and the scientific method to prove causation of an alleged ‘disease’, when a human or animal is exposed naturally to the purified organism?

If lumps of specific sizes appear on the shaved area of the cows skin then the claim is that the cows ‘immune system’ is reacting to the proteins. What is the alleged ‘immune system?’ It’s anti bodies. No specific antibody has ever been isolated or demonstrated to do what they’re claimed to do. They are simply inferred through surrogate markers.

In layman’s terms, a culture is concocted in a lab and then added to a glycerine extract and injected into a cows skin and the appearance of specific sized lumps is the indirect marker that the cow is “infected” with a bacteria that has never been proven to cause sickness in cows!

But what about badgers?

The same logic applies. An experiment would need to be conducted whereby 100 badgers harbouring the bacterium are exposed naturally to 100 cows and the results recorded. A badger would need to be exposed to the bacterium naturally and then exposed to a cow naturally to mimic the natural phenomenon in nature. This experiment has never been conducted.

It’s rather convenient that badgers are alleged to carry the bacteria and don’t die from it but they allegedly pass it on to cows and cause sickness in cows! So, as long as badgers exist and the belief in the disproven germ hypotheses of disease persists then the bio security state can regulate farmers out of existence at their leisure. How many cows have been killed because of an unscientific test and the autopsy revealed no signs of sickness?

Alpacas are alleged to be “super spreaders” of TB but there are no requirements to test them or restrict their movement. Work that one out! I’ve been on a farm with Alpacas and cows and the entire cow herd was tested but not the Alpacas! That alone should tell you that it’s all bollox! It’s mass scientific fraud that targets cows.

Robert Koch, the fraudster responsible for promulgating the ‘bacteria causes disease’ claim can be researched further in one of my previous articles. It’s time farmers started explaining to veterinarians that they are engaging in pseudoscience which is destroying the food chain.

The following words are taken from my notes when I was watching Mark Passio’s shadow work seminar. There are some slight additions of my own. I hope that it encourages people to look within themselves and set on a path to self-mastery, spiritual sovereignty and ultimately freedom and justice.

“This above all, be honest with yourself”

The image above is taken from the film ‘The Matrix’. Neo, in his discussion with the oracle, looks up at the placard above the door that has the Latin words ‘Temet Nosce’ inscribed on it. They translate to know thyself. This is the path to individuation and unity consciousness. The Kingdom of God is within and it is the individual that must align with the divine will of creation. Agape - or cosmic love is the drive or will of the individual to move consciousness forward. It is the generative principle of care symbolised by a key in esoteric free masonry. Care is the key that unlocks the door to higher consciousness. Agape is the highest most selfless form of love because it is care for the human condition.

In accord with the law of correspondence, the outer world is a reflection of the condition of our inner world. The minor and major arcana of natural law is the inner and outer world. The microcosm of the human psyche and the macrocosm of natural law-moral law.

Life isn’t suffering. Life contains suffering. All degradation begins with separation from truth. We suffer in 2 ways.

1. By believing what is NOT true

   and

2. By not believing what IS true.

Nothing is set in stone except the deterministic factor of natural law. Our free will is the random component of our reality. That means that we can actively choose to manifest the reality we want . By changing our thinking, the first step of reality creation, we change our manifestation. Correct thinking involves healing our worldview. For this to happen the requirements for freedom and justice must be known and met. Positive change IS possible as long as causal factors are recognised and acted upon, driven by our effort, care and will.

Black pilled attitudes are self sabotaging and are a poisoned world view. It’s easy to look at the state of the world and think “what’s the point?” It takes courage and knowledge to understand that evil can only prevail when there is an aggregate amount of ignorance, apathy, cowardice and laziness. All of which can be reversed by enough people putting truth and care to action through education. Only moral education can defeat evil.

The prevailing world view is the attainment of comfort and pleasure. We’re losing because dark occultists have influenced the masses to adopt their mindset. By influencing the masses to adopt mass selfishism, unchecked ego and moral relativism, a power differential is created that allows for social Darwinism and eugenics. In other words, most people are de-facto satanists and we wonder why the condition of human slavery is getting worse. Moral education, natural law, is what will level the playing field. At the highest level they can only play god in their manufactured hell if they influence the masses into thinking that the only purpose in life is to pursue comfort and pleasure.

Our true purpose on this Earth is to expand in consciousness. Through commitment to truth and self improvement we begin the necessary steps for creating freedom. Good doesn’t automatically triumph over evil. Freedom requires free wills. Natural law is deterministic, free will is the randomness factor. The quality of our free will decisions in the aggregate determine the conditions we manifest.

False belief systems completely fuck up the individual, other people and the world. Some false belief systems that prevent humanities consciousness from expanding are cultural religion, the world wide religion of control - money, the religion of scientism/pseudoscience and the religion of statism; the religion of coercion and violence.

The universe is backing us into a corner and in so doing creating the conditions in which we are forced to look at our individual and collective shadow. We’re being prompted to change our world view and this begins in the mind - the Hermetic principle of mentalism. Only after a new mindset is formed can we then achieve better results. Self sacrifice is therefore critical and indispensable. Time and effort are the real currencies. What do you care enough about to put your will behind?

Shadow work is like a form of death. Our former self becomes detached from untruths in a quest to raise consciousness. We have to completely absorb ourselves in knowledge in order to act in wisdom. The trivium process of truth discovery requires gathering bundles of information which could act as potential knowledge. Once information is fully comprehended it then becomes knowledge; knowing as opposed to believing. With knowledge we can then act in wisdom and use our free will to manifest the conditions that we say we want.

Some people are quick to criticise even though they may not know what the true solutions are for freedom but ultimately this is due to those being critical not having the required knowledge. A poisoned world view due to lack of knowledge will always lead to the wrong destination. Humans are a programmable species. The quality of the input into the human mind determines the quality of the output, our behaviour. We have to strive for excellence. We must stop lying and stop dreaming. We have to change our worldview which will require admitting that focusing on conspiracy, focusing on what ‘they’ are doing and trying to reinvent the wheel is a poisoned world view that is counter productive to the conditions that those in the so-called ‘freedom movement’ say that they want. So, we have to change our world view, learn the requirements and meet the requirements through right action.

Honesty to self will require admitting that friends and family may not have had our best interests at heart, were deceived and conditioned themselves and in some cases have completely failed us. We should not place those that have failed us up on a pedestal but we must learn from the lesson.

When we recognise that we have not done the right thing it can often be accompanied with shame. Do not dwell in shame. Shame is the lowest form of consciousness par death. Prior wrong behaviour can lead to anger and depression and can be expressed in negative ways to others. Anger and pride can be transmuted into courage and right action so that we can improve. Shame dwelling is negativity because we consciously know that we didn’t do the right thing. Self worth is the value of self. The recognition that we are of infinite worth. By evaluating our situation and through right action we can change the trajectory. We are not powerless.

It is easy to become despondent and depressed in the face of constant tyranny. But this is all the more reason to shed our fear and encourage spiritual warriors to gather on the battlefield of truth. Truth is belligerent by it's very nature because it is in constant opposition to the lie. By shedding our fear of denial, hassle and ridicule for speaking out, we can meet the requirements for freedom. Enemies within must be defeated first.

Our individual consciousness is a reflection of our current condition and the whole universe - the Hermetic principle of correspondence.

The recent act of aggression against the British people this week by treacherous MP’s that voted to further curtail the people’s common right of trial by jury is an urgent call for spiritual warriors to become passionate and educate about constitutional common law and objective morality. Passive bystanders and people wasting their time with nonsense and distractions are working against reality by ignoring the requirements for freedom. Shadow work reduces the potential for an individual to be misled and distracted.

What is your current orientation physically, emotionally and spiritually? Be brutally honest with yourself. Are you willing to align your free will with the inherent requirements for freedom and justice? Are you able to focus and listen? Are you teachable? Are you prepared to help those that do know what the requirements for freedom and justice are? Can you quiet your mind by being present? Through focus, concentration and being present we can quiet the busy mind.

The voice of creation is constantly speaking to us but it doesn’t speak above a whisper.

Guarding our mind is important. Propaganda and fear are all designed to reduce us into a low vibratory state of inaction. The tiling of the lodge in esoteric freemasonry is a symbolic representation of guarding the mind against unwelcome, intrusive thought distractions. Transcendental meditation can help with mental calm and flow.

Dark occultism is master psychology and they create chaos by distorting perception. All is mind. By understanding our own programmability we become empowered. We have been socially engineered and culturally programmed to an unfathomable degree. Unaddressed trauma acts as a psychological weight. We must address our traumas and our fears. We may experience trauma but we are NOT trauma.

Until we make the unconscious, conscious, it will direct your life and you’ll call it fate.

Annuit translates as ‘he/she/it looks favourably upon something’.

Cueptis translates as ‘an understanding, an enterprise or a working progress’.

Annuit Cueptis means ‘he/she/it favours our work/building’.

What is that work?

That work is Novos Ordo Seclorum which translates as the new order of the world/universe.

‘He/she/it favours our work’ applies to both light and dark occultists, involution or evolution depending on the building materials being light or stone/darkness.

A mason not only builds but can also tare down walls and barriers. If the bricks are torn down we would only have the light of knowledge and truth; the mason transmuting stone into light, ignorance into knowledge. The divine will of creation favours the natural order or light work - truth, love and freedom.

Dark occultists are trying to put out the light. If the structure of brick is completed the light will be blocked out creating a structure of slavery and involution, a world of left brained male dominance - the dark world order.

The Latin numbers at the base of the pyramid amount to 1776; the year that dark forces joined together when Mayer Amschel Rothschild the banker, Jakob Frank, a Sabbatean Frankist and Adam Weishaupt who subverted freemasonry with the lodge system all joined forces to set their goal of global dominance into motion.

The sigil of freemasonry is the world in transition.

Are we going to align with the divine will of creation or are we going to remain in ignorance, apathy, cowardice and laziness? To transition to the natural order will require correct free will decisions to manifest the condition of freedom and self governance.

We must urgently ask ourselves “do I know what the true solution really is?”

The solution requires becoming initiated in natural law/objective morality and understanding how the common law trial by jury is how a community governs itself equitably. Natural law is the deterministic factor of the conditions we experience in society and common law aligns with natural law through a system of equal justice. Natural law is the macrocosm and constitutional common law trial by jury is the microcosm.

Treason.

Yesterday, the 11.03.2026, treacherous MP’s voted for further curtailment of the people’s trial by jury. This is a treasonous enabling act that places all of our freedoms in jeopardy. Government has granted itself the powers of mass arbitrary punishment in trial by judge. The universe, through negative karmic consequence is beckoning us to act accordingly. We are required to have true care to put truth to action and restore natural justice. The entire country is rightfully up in arms with public servants voting away their natural rights so now is the perfect opportunity to educate, educate, educate.

We are moving away from the collective hive mind of unconsciousness and edging forward into dharma and individualism. Collectivism is the enemy of the individual because it suffocates free will and therefore limits the capacity for responsibility and conscious growth. We are one in terms of all belonging to the cosmic order and so are not separated cosmically but as individuals, through our free will we have the potential to create and align with divinity. Free will is the path to enlightenment. Individualism recognises individual rights and the importance of the responsibility of the individual to use their free will wisely to allow for the potential to create a collective consciousness of ‘my rights end where yours begin’. Because we all have free will, consequentially, our free will decisions create an effect that ripples out into the universe and interacts with the fabric of reality.

Our heart is a vortex that receives spirit and our heart intelligence is a beacon within the electromagnetic field structure that we are bathed in. We effect each other with our heart energy which emits different vibrations depending on our emotive state. Love is a high vibrational field and fear is a low vibrational field. Paradigm shifts occur when a collective consciousness is manifested through an aggregate increase in individuals aligning their perception and behavior with objective morality. Consciously behaving in an individual moral capacity is an act of compassion and care. Agape or true care, is a desire for the alignment of one self with the divine order. It is care for the human condition. Caring about being enslaved and aligning with the requirements for freedom and self governance on a societal scale is the coherent wave of oneness that the universe is urging us to ride. The pressure cooker we’re currently in is the universe forcing us to assess our individual and collective shadow. Persistent chaos, which is persistent coercion and violence is a negative karmic consequence that highlights an imbalance in the cosmic order.

As within so without. As above so below; the law of correspondence. Without deep introspective work and bringing the darkness to the surface, we cannot expect the outside world to magically be rid of darkness. Freedom requires free will. The external world is a reflection of the total sum of darkness, ignorance and fear within ourselves. Shadow work is an alchemical process of internal purification that requires courage and honesty to address our thoughts, emotions and actions to bring about spiritual sovereignty. A society full of imbalanced minds trapped in the left/right mental schism is a society that is not holistically intelligent and can therefore be manipulated with ease. We are all masons rebuilding Solomon’s temple, the temple of the mind. By sculpting the rough ashlar of our ego with the necessary tools and methods we can build a spiritually sovereign self and restore balance and inner stability. Intellect, the masculine component of our psyche, combined with intuition (heart intelligence), the feminine aspect of our psyche, paves the way to wisdom - right action or holistic intelligence. The union of the masculine (thoughts) and feminine (emotions) components of our consciousness gives birth to action, the son - the trinity.

We are governed by natural law. No matter how we feel about that there is nothing we can do to avoid behavioral consequence. Therefore, natural law is the deterministic component of our existence. Natural law interacts with our free will decisions to manifest a reality depending on the quality of those free will decisions in the aggregate. Therefore, free will is the randomness component within reality. It is through our free will that we have the capacity to improve ourselves and the human condition. Free will is what we have been given to choose whether to ascend Jacobs ladder towards enlightenment and the key that unlocks the door to this ascent is Agape; true care.

Consciousness cannot expand without free will because otherwise we would essentially have spiritual blinkers on in an unconscious meandering of order following. This sentiment also applies to those who use their free will to abdicate their conscience to justify their selfishism and ignorance to commit acts of immorality.

Real spirituality is the individual knowing that they have to use their free will to act in wisdom.

Satanism, the religion in opposition to natural law is all about involution. Dark occultists wish to be the Gods in their own manufactured hell. Involution is achieved through the suppression of free will and by concealing knowledge (the occult). By preventing the potential for free will decisions, humanity is subjected to evolutionary stagnation. Coercion, the main weapon of statism, influences a state of fear, ignorance and order following powered by the worldwide religion of money to maintain an overall state of base consciousness that restricts the potential for free will. Unconstitutional legislation and financial enslavement all limit free will. For humanity to elevate itself off of the checkered floor will involve true care, caring about being enslaved. We don’t necessarily have to learn through chaos and suffering. By following our individual dharma we can create an inter connected coherent field of compassion for human suffering but care must morph into action.

One method of collective consciousness that has been practiced since time immemorial and allows for community stability and coherence is the common law, otherwise known as ‘the law of the land’ or trial by jury. A court of conscience is where a community holds to account free will decisions that have created a victim. By this method, communities are aligning with the understanding of cause and effect by applying consequences to behaviors that interfere with the natural order of balance and harmony. This way the community experiences positive karma such as safety, peace and order whilst the guilty party learns from negative karma in the form of a judgement of peers ( a verdict according to conscience). This ancient customary practice is the requirement under natural to hold immorality to account so that the natural order can flourish in alignment with the divine will of creation. Trial by jury is in alignment with the self defence principle and maintains the sovereignty of the people. Jurors, the people, exercise their sovereignty as the final arbiters of law. With the people having the final decision on matters of justice, tyranny cannot usurp the will of the people.

Rant. Buckle up…

A further prevention on the free will of the people to govern themselves is the draft of last weeks Bill to restrict trial by jury. As usual, the majority of supposedly freedom loving people have said fuck all about it. How can people that claim to care about injustice totally ignore the process in which they would be protected and those committing crimes could be held to account equitably under equal justice? If you interact with another human being in any way at all you will require a justice system. If you are accused of a crime and your peers are prevented from exercising conscience to protect you and you don’t care about the consequences of that then I don’t really know what it will take to shock people out of apathy? I’m hard on the freedom movement because there’s thousands of people that could be using their free will to act. Instead, they’re still focused on everything except education.

Yes, that’s right! Education.

We are morally obligated to raise consciousness by educating people using the digital sphere to produce content and flood social media with questions and conversations that address causal factors, combined with consistent shadow work. I’m angry because in Britain, there is only a handful of people on the spiritual battlefield educating about the significance of trial by jury. I am expressing righteous anger because I’m depressed at the deplorable conditions we’re forced to endure due to the mass ignorance of potential comrades that are still ignoring the requirements for freedom and self governance.

People get the hump with me simply for giving an accurate description of peoples poor quality free will decisions in the alleged fight for freedom. How would you feel if you were an athlete and your coach consistently lied to you about your performance and you therefore continued to lose?

I was about 12 years old when I had my very first amateur boxing match and after the 1st round I retired to my corner and received an ear bashing from my coach. He got right up in my face and said “You’re boxing is shit. Do you wanna win this fight”?

Quite taken a back because I’d never heard him be so firm before but determined to win nonetheless, I replied “Yes”.

My coach responded with “Well, if you want to win you need to up your game, get behind that jab of yours and be more aggressive”.

My coach new that I wanted to win so he wasn’t prepared to lie to me about my performance! He instructed me with the specific requirements for winning. Then it was up to me to use my own free will to align with those requirements or not, which would determine a win or a defeat.

If I am to compare my boxing example with the freedom movement it would go something like this:

Imagine that there’s 2 boxers, one represents the freedom movement (1) and the other represents dark occultists (2) and the coach represents ancient wisdom (the occult). After the 1st round, 1 is clearly getting pummeled so the coach relays his wisdom to 1 and then 1’s reaction is to take off his gloves in defiance, places his fingers in his ears and tells the coach that he’s talking shit. Then, imagine that instead of acting in wisdom and upping his game, 1 begins to draft a notice to his opponent asking 2 not to hit him. Wanting to guarantee victory, 1 also signals for his freedom rally pals to congregate at ringside, yellow boards absolutely fooking everywhere all with wording begging 1’s opponent to be nice and stop hitting him. 1’s opponent can’t believe his luck as 1’s actions are absolutely hopeless so without delay 2 proceeds to use his focused determination to knock 10 barrels of shite out of his confused, hapless opponent. Laying on the canvas having been knocked sparko, 1 manages to hear the countdown and just about regains footing in time. Luckily the bell rings and it’s time for a quick breather and to assess the situation. The coach pleads with 1 but 1 knows best. 1 suggests that although 2 is giving him an absolute battering he thinks it would be a great, bomb proof idea to claim a jurisdiction that would make him unpunchable and also form a trust for extra protection. Upon hearing this the coach gives 1 a look of disdain and walks off for an early night. Full of confidence and unfazed, 1 steps back into the center of the ring with his new tactic. 1 tries to explain to 2 how he can’t be punched because he’s protected by jurisdiction and trust law but before he can finish his sentence 1 is swallowing his teeth as he suffers from a devastating uppercut. It’s game over but even after being KO’d, 1 plots another cunning plan in the changing room as his cuts and bruises are tended to. 1 intends to have a rematch until he wins (like hopeless court battles). Next time, he’ll simply focus soley on the tactics used by his opponents and hope that relentless exposure of what 2 is doing will be enough to win without actually doing anything of merit himself. 1 was insistent on not addressing the causal factors of his terrible defeat, which was his own IGNORance and lack of knowledge of how to defeat his opponent.

To level the playing field with his opponent 1 could have chosen to listen and act upon knowledge that would have benefited him, but he didn’t, which resulted in unavoidable consequences.

The requirements I’m talking about for freedom are inherent within nature. They’re not my requirements so it’s pointless taking umbrage with me just because I care enough to point it out! Maybe if there were some more passion we might be in a different situation? Natural law requires care and courage to usher in the natural order. That can only be achieved through inner refinement and educational effort.

There is still a complete lack of understanding about the relationship between morality and freedom.

If you ignore that governing dynamic of reality and yet claim to want justice then you are completely deluded and your world view is utterly distorted. I see the same people week in, week out, writing about zionism, controlled opposition, the latest Trump announcement, yada yada, on and fooking on. So then we have to ask the question, why does the critical information that will manifest the reality we want continue to be ignored and dismissed? I can only come to the conclusion that people are trapped in unchecked ego and so are willingly IGNORing the information that is at their fingertips. The knowledge is there. You just need to reach down and grab it! If you don’t care bout the inherent requirements for freedom and self governance then you’re allowing dark care to go on enslaving. The valuable assets of evil are ignorance, apathy, cowardice and laziness. Maybe mass arbitrary punishment before a state paid employee in trial by judge will tip the scales? Who knows? Wisdom is acting upon the full understanding of the knowledge that you have accrued. Knowledge without action is useless. We’re all on an individual journey but we can all act as signposts and help steer each other towards our mutual goal of ending mass coercion and violence.

All occult traditions taught how our aggregate behavior in the form of the quality of our free will decisions, interacts with the fabric of reality to manifest a condition of freedom or slavery. Co-creation of reality means that we are not separate from each other because we’re all co-responsible for the quality of our manifested reality.

The scientific method is about testing a hypothesis to ascertain the truth. It is used to establish a cause and effect relationship for observed phenomenon. The word science has its roots in the Latin word scientia, which means "knowledge, a knowing, expertness, or experience". This Latin term is derived from sciens, the present participle of the verb scire, which means "to know". Essentially, the scientific method is the trivium process of truth discovery. The trivium is knowledge, understanding and wisdom.

The scientific method consists of the following:

Now we need to establish what objective morality is.

Through the apophatic process we can establish that objective morality is NOT performing the following immoral acts.

1. Murder

2. Rape

3. Assault

4. Theft

5. Trespass

6. Coercion

7. Fraud

There is a subtlety here that must be considered. Immoral behavior does not only consist of immoral actions. It also consists of what immoral behaviors we allow and fail to call out. Silence and apathy are most valuable assets of evil. This means that although we may not be committing direct harm with our behavior, we are actually contributing to negative conditions by allowing immorality to perpetuate. This is done by turning a blind eye to injustice, ignoring natural law, being apathetic to human suffering and being too cowardly to put truth to action. This highlights the very uncomfortable truth that the majority of people are actually manifesting the conditions we experience through ignorance, apathy and cowardice/laziness (inaction).

The average member of the public is not committing any of the real 7 deadly sins but a huge percentage of the public advocates for collectivism and mass coercion in the form of voting. Voting allows for statism, which is mass coercion and violence using legislation backed by a captured judiciary and order followers.

As well as the dynamic of objective morality, true freedom requires natural justice, equity and truth to be present in the majority. True freedom is individualism whereby the individual is not oppressed by the collective.

Without a means to equitably achieve justice, we actually work against natural law by creating injustice. Common law trial by jury allows for a community to maintain equilibrium by providing a framework by which immorality can be called out and dealt with through fair and just procedures otherwise known as due process of common law trial by jury; a display of moral unity to uphold justice. Consequences, or verdicts delivered according to conscience in a jury for breaches of objective morality are in alignment with the self defence principle. Common law trial by jury is how a community defends itself and protects the individual from arbitrary punishment. This is equity; all being equal under the law. Equity is the check on free will. This means that all accusations of crime and civil disputes must be presented to the community for restorative and equal justice to be possible. This creates co-responsibility and societal coherence. Equity and objective morality create justice. Justice, or karma, is a rectification process to address an imbalance which effects the peace and protection of the whole. The will of the community, through a jury, exercise their sovereignty by judging on all aspects of law enforcement and so preserve the natural order.

Let’s do some science!

Observation of a natural phenomenon.

What is the human condition?

What are we observing in the natural world?

Are we observing true freedom and order or are we observing less freedoms, chaos and disorder?

Chaos is living in the presence of coercion and violence.

If we are being intellectually honest, it is self evident that the entire world is under duress to the world wide religion of control; money. The entire world is also under duress to central governments and their arbitrary legislation (moral relativism) where people are compelled to obey government diktat through threat of coercion and violence by weaponising unconstitutional courts.

So, the observable phenomenon in nature is mass duress, suffering, genocide, democide and freedoms becoming more and more restricted.

The human condition is therefore that of slavery - living under coercion and violence.

Hypothesis formation - alternate and null hypothesis.

The hypothesis is:

As objective morality, natural justice, equity and truth increases in the aggregate; the condition of human freedom increases in the aggregate.

This logic also applies inversely.

As objective morality, natural justice, equity and truth decreases in the aggregate; the condition of human freedom decreases in the aggregate.

The sum of freedom is proportional to the sum of moral behavior, and immoral behavior reduces the maximum amount or quantity of freedom.

Independent variable (IV) - the presumed cause.

The presumed cause of the observed phenomenon of human suffering, chaos, restricted freedoms, duress and slavery is widespread ignorance and lack of care for the governing dynamics of freedom.

So, the presumed cause can be summarised as mass ignorance of, and lack of care for natural law (objective morality), natural justice, equity and truth. Or, in other words, mass fear, ignorance, apathy, cowardice/laziness and immorality. Basically an overall increase in immoral, harmful behaviors.

Fear, a state of unconsciousness, an unknowing, leads to ignorance; the refusal of truth. Which in turn leads to confusion, external control and manifested evil; chaos and slavery (less freedoms).

Dependent variable (DV) - the observed effect.

The observed effect of the presumed cause is an overall reduction in true freedom across entire populations with prevalent chaos, violence, duress and suffering. Again, this is observable.

Control variables - factors held constant.

To be sure that the observed effect is a result of the presumed cause - we would need to hold factors mentioned in the IV constant to gain a reliable outcome. The worsening conditions of society and our environment is testament to the attributes of fear, ignorance, apathy, cowardice/laziness and immoral, harmful behaviors being held constant through a prolonged period.

For example, the existence of statism, which is the monopoly on coercion and violence with it’s forced taxation, which people vote for enmasse, is a reliable example of factors held constant. Another example is the limited ability for redress and justice due to there being no authentic trial by jury and no equal justice for all. In England specifically, we can document this back to a specific time period and establish that these factors and conditions have been held constant and progressively worsened since 1688. Please see Damien Lepts work. So, fear, ignorance, apathy, cowardice/laziness and immorality have unfortunately been a self evident, reliable constant in order for statism to be such a dominating force for so long. Statism is also protected by order followers that obey instruction from perceived authority figures. Order followers perform harmful, immoral behaviors against people by obeying legislation and commands instead of their conscience. This unconscious behavior keeps the status quo in place indefinitely.

Experimentation - manipulating the IV to observe changes in the DV.

Here, we would have to introduce, on a mass scale, love, care and courage to engage in right action. Right action based in objective morality and full restoration of natural justice. Or, in other words, masses of people within society prepared to end human suffering by accepting the truth of what dynamics govern the condition of human freedom and then acting upon it - wisdom. This is a necessary, urgent experiment for all of humanity!

Love and care is a state of consciousness, a knowing that leads to acceptance of truth, internal sovereignty and coherence which ultimately leads to freedom and order.

Data analysis - validating or invalidating the hypothesis.

Let’s remind ourselves of the hypothesis.

As objective morality, natural justice, equity and truth increases in the aggregate; the condition of human freedom increases in the aggregate.

This logic also applies inversely.

As objective morality, natural justice, equity and truth decreases in the aggregate; the condition of human freedom decreases in the aggregate.

As we can see from the logical steps in the scientific method and observed phenomena within the natural world, we can reasonably conclude that the hypothesis has been validated and that the law of freedom is based in truth. We can confidently confirm that our freedoms have decreased due to an aggregate amount of immorality and ignorance. This naturally confirms the significance of objective morality, love, care and wisdom. Also, it’s important to note that a ‘law’ is descriptive of how things work in the universe. Natural law is law that governs behavioral consequence within society, as we have demonstrated with the scientific method. The law of freedom is informing us of the very specific dynamics that govern the conditions of society. In Hermeticism this is expressed as the principle of cause and effect.

If the principles of objective morality, natural justice, equity and truth were to increase in the aggregate within any given area, freedom and justice would increase proportionally. We know this because the opposite of these principles is what is engulfing society and breeding the current negative conditions of suffering and disorder. The desire to eliminate darkness requires light. Darkness is the absence of light. Immorality is the absence of objective morality - the Hermetic principle of polarity.

For the reasons outlined in this article we can begin to understand why all mystery traditions taught their initiates how the quality of our free will decisions add up in the aggregate to interact with the universe to co-create the conditions that we collectively experience.

Mark Passio, in his documentary, the science of natural law, describes the law of freedom as the “secret of secrets of all secret societies”.

Final notes.

In this article I have endeavored to establish the importance of natural justice and equity in relation to restoring a natural order in alignment with natural law. Without authentic trial by jury we have no way of holding criminal public servants to account or protecting our fellow citizens from arbitrary punishment. Trial by jury is how we restore the balance in society by providing an equitable means to call out wrong doing and be self governing as the final arbiters of law.

In 2020 my life completely changed, as did many others around the world. That was the year that I discovered that all of humanity is under duress and the world was operating under an influence of evil control. I dived into much study. The introduction to the beginning of my journey was the study of vaccinology, autism and the now disproven germ hypothesis of disease. I dived into the research of conspiratorial networks that pull the strings on global affairs. I also delved into human physiology, namely human digestion and nutrition. It was like a crash course in many subjects and I immersed myself in study. With the convid debacle, I remember feeling like I was at war and the more information I had the more I felt I could navigate the lies and try to explain to people what was going on and hopefully awaken more minds.

Like many others, through desperation of wanting to make a positive change, I was sucked into what has been tagged as the ‘freedom movement’. I met many people and learnt many things about how to navigate the legal system. I remember silly arguments about how to best challenge the system on a specific issue and when I look back, we were all just fearful and confused with a lot of unchecked ego thrown in.

2020 was also the year that I first learnt about mortgage fraud and how banks do not actually lend their own funds. They simply use fraudulent accounting practices to create credit with the customers promise to pay and then misrepresent it as debt. Because I was already in war mode with the knowledge I had gleaned and what with the worldwide tyranny pressing down on individuals during the convid fraud; with the discovery of the banking fraud, the gloves were well and truly off.

I couldn’t bare the thought that I was working my fingers to the bone to pay off a fake debt plus interest and paying taxes to a criminal government that was committing democide. The feeling of being duped and having the piss taken out of me was overwhelming. So, I decided to follow an administrative process which was basically asking for proof of debt etc. I also went a step further and stopped paying my monthly repayments once the administrative process was complete. Needless to say that no evidence was ever provided by the bank to prove that they lent their own money and that the deed was signed legally.

To cut a long story short, my battle with the bank was futile. The duration of my challenge lasted approximately 3 years with endless, life draining bureaucracy, stress, worry and false hope that I just might get a result in my favor within a system that I knew to be corrupt but for some reason, I just kept going. I had 3 court hearings, all three on my own against a single judge (#unconstitutional). I have experienced first hand the corruption of the civil courts. I had a huge file of evidence with all the correct legal arguments etc and even with no evidence that the bank lent its own funds, the ruling still went against me. I remember sitting there thinking, “this is pointless”.

After the third hearing, with no chance of justice and now an eviction looming, I decided to nip it all in the bud and do what I should have done from the start. There was no way I was prepared to fend off the bailiffs with a wife and son at home so I made arrangements to sell up and settle the fake debt. As soon as my wife and I made the decision to sell, there was an instant release of tension and the burden of all the nonsense of hopeless legal challenges seemed to just fall away. We decided to spend a year focusing on what we love, which is farming, the land and nourishing food and the prospect of doing so was very exciting after all the stress. I had refurbished my house to a very high standard and it sold very quickly. Once the house sold, we bought a motor home and traveled around the country volunteering on different organic farms. It was a wonderful, spiritual, healing experience for all of us and we truly fell in love with the beautiful landscapes that this amazing country offers.

In hindsight, once I had discovered the fraudulent nature of central banking, I would have just sold up there and then and aligned with what resonated with me, as I am now. Sometimes I’m quite hard on myself with the ill thought out decisions I made but as with duality, there are positives as well as negatives and it was a huge learning experience.

Having been purged through the fire of experience I now have an entirely different perspective on challenging the status quo. As my followers will know, I am initiated in natural law and write about natural and constitutional law. I will most probably trigger some people with what I am about to highlight but it needs to be emphasised. If you are triggered, that’s fine, just stay with it. Feeling emotive about something doesn’t mean that what I’m stating is not true or of substance.

Every effect has a prime cause. The tyranny that we are all under duress from has a prime cause. As with disease, no good comes from treating the symptoms. The condition that a society experiences is directly proportional to the amount of truth and morality in that society. So, what does that say about humanity and the average society on the whole? That means that there is a higher amount of ignorance and immorality in the aggregate, resulting in chaos and disorder.

So, humanity has to move it’s consciousness to the plane of causality, the realm of ‘why’. ‘Why’ are we in chaos and being coerced by tyrannical institutions? All power to effect change is in the plane of causality. The manifested reality, or the effects that society is enduring, is a result of the prime causes. The prime cause of our duress and worldwide enslavement is caused by a complete lack of knowledge of the governing dynamics of reality; that being the quality of our aggregate behavior - objective morality. Tyranny cannot succeed in the presence of widespread knowledge of objective morality because coercion and violence, or statism, would not be tolerated and people would act accordingly (right action).

If the freedom movement is being honest with itself, most people claiming to want justice are actually trapped in the first 2 tenets of the satanic mindset of selfishism and moral relativism. Most people that are trapped in legal battles, if they’re being intellectually honest, are really just trying to save themselves a few quid, as was I and I understand the sentiment. I have had endless conversations with people trying to avoid council tax, PCN’s, etc etc. I understand the frustration, of course, but there is a huge focus of energy and care into selfish, individual situations instead of acknowledging that we’re all being fleeced and that there are requirements if we are to correct course as a species and end slavery. An attitude of perpetual me, me, me, which is predominantly centered around the manipulation of the worldwide religion of control, money; leaves one’s consciousness at a base level. The individuals energy is channeled into challenging the symptoms of slavery instead of caring about the causal factors that set the effects of the manifested reality into motion. Care for the human condition requires addressing causal factors; which is mass ignorance of natural law, refusing to ask ourselves difficult questions and refusing to integrate our shadow; plus mass ignorance of how we legitimately and equitably govern ourselves. IGNORing these causal factors perpetuates the status quo. It will take psychological maturity to admit that the utterly infiltrated and lobotomized freedom movement is designed to keep you trapped in the plane of effects. You are more powerful than you realise and only you can raise your own consciousness through care and the free will to act. Not addressing causal factors is having no care which will attract consequences. An expression of unconditional love is to state the truth no matter how difficult that is for the recipient of the information. That doesn’t mean that I’d get up in someone’s face and shout “Oi’, muppet, why aint you studying natural law”?! Of course not! Unsolicited advice and a savior complex are not helpful ways to engage with people face to face. However, I will use technology to promulgate the truth and then it can either be accepted or not. You see, natural law is the deterministic factor and free will is the randomness factor. The truth can be presented but it is the free will of the individual to either accept, ignore or deny the truth. We, as purveyors of truth have to accept the free will of those choosing to be ignorant but we can also point out the principle of cause and effect and behavioral consequence in educational form and in mutual conversation. Suffering is caused in 2 ways.

1. Not believing what is true.

   and

2. Believing what is not true.

It would be neglectful of people initiated in natural law, knowing what the governing dynamics of reality are, to then not educate on those dynamics, knowing full well that we are co-creators of our reality.

Imagine!

When I was challenging mortgage fraud I had no firm understanding of Magna Carta and how our ancient common law constitution precludes usury and central banking, which is immoral anyway. In fact, I actually ignorantly dismissed it altogether, if I’m honest. There was me, trying to promote a new system within the freedom movement, banging on about self governance when the solution has been on parchment since 1215 and practiced as the common ‘law of the land’ way before King John was brought to justice at Runnymede, reaffirming his oath to govern according to our ‘laws and customs’ - trial by jury, with his seal.

I had no understanding at all that the concealed mechanism of self governance contained within the common ‘law of the land’ is actually trial by jury. It was a bombshell for me to discover and admit that the system we have is actually perfect were it applied as it were supposed to be, with all the checks and balances already in place, all be it mostly forgotten and ignored. That means no taring anything down or trying to reinvent the wheel. It simply becomes a process of restoration through care. By checks and balances I mean that the King, as first among equals who took the oath, is responsible for preserving the framework by which the people deliver justice and if he doesn’t, then he faces a jury of peers. Equal justice for all is a very simple self correcting mechanism.

Why is trial by jury self governance?

Because it is how the people, through a jury, have the final say on all matters of justice in a court of conscience. This is supreme sovereignty invested in the people by natural law and this was specified, for the avoidance of doubt, in Magna Carta and the articles of common law, the people’s constitution. This is how liberty is forever maintained, through the sovereign voice of the people. Trial by jury is a principle of natural justice founded in morality and truth which is why it is being attacked. When you fully understand this you can begin to understand why it is being attacked and why gobshites within the freedom movement have slagged it off and told many porky pies about it. I’m sure you’re all aware of the sheer amount of obfuscation surrounding the subject of common law, which I address here. I went through a dark night of the soul when I realised that I had been trying to reinvent the wheel, fighting a war of attrition with an illegitimate system and leaning on the perceived greatness of people who I mistakenly thought knew better than me.

Now, imagine if swathes of people had done their due diligence, applied the trivium process and really gained knowledge and understanding of natural and constitutional law and started to act in wisdom, in unison, eloquently arguing for the aforementioned and calling out wrong doing/immoral and unconstitutional behavior?!

This is reality creation!

Imagine if people in great numbers were to passionately educate about how and why all courts without a jury are in fact illegal and unconstitutional?! Just think of the impact that would have!

Yet there are still many people wasting their time in court and thinking that it’s clever going up against a state paid employee. Trial by judge is not justice. It’s despotism that breaches equity; all being equal under the law. There is no equity if government, the administration, is to set the parameters of justice and use it’s own employees to decide what is and isn’t acceptable according to their own morally relativist legislation; bypassing the universal conscience of mankind in trial by jury. I understand that some are in situations where they may have to fight in the courts but it’s much more sensible to avoid unconstitutional courts altogether and set about focusing on how to restore natural justice. There’s no shame in giving in under duress, especially if it saves your sanity. No effective change can be brought into existence until there is a sufficient shift in consciousness. That’s where we all come in.

The constitution is there to protect us as a limitation on public servants but we have just forgotten how important the constitution is and how it is supposed to operate. We are required under natural law to first, align our perception and behavior with objective morality and then use our care and wisdom, or right action to call out wrong doing and educate. Masses of people joining in unison to call out immorality with things such as tax, usury and majority rule will always be more effective than writing a notice and trying to save a few quid. We are all morally obligated to improve our shared experience and we can’t do that if we’re trapped in our own selfish mindsets battling the effects of tyranny. To really care about rectifying injustice is to do what is required through education to restore the framework of natural justice by which the people are the judges.

Trial by jury is the rule of law. Due process of law means due process of common law trial by jury.

True freedom is collective which is why education and care are key to forming a unity consciousness. We have to bring the people with us to create a paradigm shift.

By the way, these are not my opinions, these are dynamics of reality creation and the specific requirements to creating order and good. We are required to align with the true authority of natural law to bring about a condition of freedom and self governance. A magician, or a light occultist uses their capabilities to influence change in the world to occur according to the Will of creation. We can all be magicians.

Ending human slavery does not consist of the following:

1. Forming a new financial system: What good is it creating our own credit when our morality isn’t straightened out and people are still operating from false belief systems, mass selfishism and moral relativism.

2. Forming new communities/jurisdictions: What good is it to form new communities when we’re all under a giant cage of duress and policy can be formed at any moment to criminalize altruistic attempts to live autonomously. It’s no good thinking that forming a bubble, like a community or a so called jurisdiction will somehow shield from ever growing tyranny. That’s just ignoring reality. We have to bring the people with us. It’s what we don’t do and fail to call out that most effectively creates our reality!

3. Forming a trust: If you have to protect (allegedly) your assets from the state by forming a trust then you are ignoring the overall condition of human slavery and again, you are pouring energy into yourself and your belongings instead of the great work.

   Secular humanism, which is really satanism, has influenced humanity to only care for the physical. A spiritual economy must be our goal.

   Challenging council tax, mortgage fraud, forming trusts and focusing on constant conspiracy will not end the condition of human slavery. In fact, it feeds the beast that you are trying to slay because causal factors continue to be ignored and energy and care becomes deflected away from the necessary requirements. I have much sympathy for anyone that has lost their home to the banksters but we can’t end coercion and violence by fighting in an endless battle against each and every individual eviction. There are people who hold out for a long time but they always end up getting their house nicked. It’s horrible to live in fear knowing that a bunch of land pirates can turn up and nick your property with a fake warrant. The sheer ordeal of being dragged through corrupt courts should inspire anyone to want to restore our common law constitution. Cost free private prosecution is all part of equal justice for all. We have to create the conditions by which no one can suffer or lose their home to a fake debt - the law of one. With full restoration of authentic trial by jury where jurors judge on the fact, the admissibility of evidence, the sentence and the justice of the law, society can begin to seek restitution for what has been done to us and so begin healing. If the evidence of the criminality of taxation and the evidence of banking fraud were to be presented to a jury, what do you think the judgement would be?! Imagination, care and right action will get us to the desired condition of freedom and self governance but we need to put in the work. The universe rewards the most united and courageous.

Truth is always simple. Which is why dark occultists go to great lengths to obfuscate truth and invert the truth so that they can influence a reality in their favor.

Magic and sorcery, or light and dark occultism, is the science or art of influencing change to occur in the world, according to the ‘will’.

The Will of creation has a capital W (magic). The will of the egoic self is a lower case w (sorcery). The magician seeks to imbue the Will of the creator by influencing positive change to occur for the benefit of all. Care and compassion for the human condition is what motivates an individual to the great work of bettering them self and educating on the dynamics that govern freedom. Sorcery is the will of the manipulator.

Knowledge is the starting point for the manifested reality that we collectively form. All decision making processes are dependent on the availability and quality of information. Information consists of potential knowledge. Once knowledge has been received, it is for the individual to truly understand and process that knowledge. Through understanding and logical discernment, truth is ascertained. Through understanding of the information, wise decisions can now be made. Wisdom is the application of knowledge that has come to be fully comprehended. The decision making process, or the action or behavior, is what adds up individually in the aggregate to form our shared experience; our reality.

All mystery traditions taught how the quality of our free will decision making processes interact with the universe to co-create the conditions we experience.

The law of one is simply not allowing for the conditions to arise where anyone can suffer. Allowing just one to suffer allows for the potential for us all to suffer. This is why wrong doing must be called out and corrected. The law of one can also be described as the golden rule; my rights end where yours begin and do not do unto others that which you would not have done unto you. More specifically, it is objective morality - natural law. Individuals acting in an objectively moral capacity because they are conscious of the abhorrent effects of harmful behaviors, are creating a coherent society based in care, compassion and consideration for each other. Through shadow work and the study of natural law, we can increase our collective consciousness and transition towards a condition of freedom. A vibration of unconditional love can manifest a coherent existence of mutual well being in harmony with nature, cooperation, brotherhood and natural justice.

The heart is an innate form of intelligence that comprises an aspect of our consciousness, a feminine component that comes into its own on a jury. It is a source of intuition, a knowing from within. The mind and heart act in unison to tap into a field of universal, inherent knowledge, the universal conscience of mankind. Our conscience is a powerful indicator of whether something is harmful or not. It literally translates as ‘to know’ or ‘all together knowing’; knowledge of morality and fairness, in other words. The jury represents a unity consciousness, a citizenry uniting in their responsibility and duty to deliver justice in service to the whole; judging on all of the facts placed before them, looking deep within themselves to apply inner wisdom with justice in their hearts whilst simultaneously holding each others potential bias and prejudice to account. This is why the trinity of aligning thoughts, emotions and actions, or mind, heart, guts, or spiritual sovereignty, is the key to right action and a jury actually trains that process. Once society starts to learn that we are all interconnected through the quality of our behavior, we can use that knowledge to form a unity consciousness and influence change in accordance with the divine will and practice self governance and conscientious judgement regularly in a spirit of civic mindedness on a jury. The jury is actually the people self governing by being judges on all acts of law enforcement. By integrating our personal shadow and collective shadow, through personal work and through a jury, we train ourselves and each other to be more moral and responsible. This is what the universe wants of us so that we can experience positive karma, but we must learn to revere morality, courage and service.

The law of one is embodied through the jury because it is the citizenry exercising conscience to uphold individual liberty by protecting from all forms of oppression. Jury independence protects the individual from the potential tyranny of the collective. The common law of the land is the mechanism by which we protect each other from despotism and injustice - trial by jury. It’s time we got passionate about our constitutional safeguard just as we did back in 1215. As per the principle of rhythm, time moves in circular, wavelike patterns and we are being prompted, through negative feed back loops, to correct the situation so that the natural order is restored.

Karma is essentially justice. It is a lesson for behaviors that are out of alignment with natural law. Our free will decisions interact with the universe to unfold a consequence. This manifests as the conditions we experience together as a society. It is not something that happens instantly after a specific act. There is a time lapse between the accumulated behaviors and the consequential reality. The moral quality of individual behavior within society adds up in the aggregate to create either freedom or slavery. All mystery traditions teach their initiates spiritual development so that a desired condition can be manifested into reality.

Some would say that there is no justice in this world.

Oh, but there most definitely is! We just don’t like the results!

Humanity is essentially being punished for order following and not aligning with the requirements for freedom and natural justice. Doing nothing in the presence of tyranny helps to build the cage. The consequence of which is perpetual slavery and genocide.

Dark occultists use perception management to influence behavior. False belief systems that distort perception are money, cultural religion, statism and scientism. All manner of atrocities have been committed in the name of the aforementioned. It is the order following, ignorant masses that do the manipulators bidding through their own actions. The psychological manipulators are only drawing the road map and giving out the orders. They are NOT the ones committing the atrocities or blindly following orders. Sorcery or dark magic is the science and art of influencing change in the world to occur, according to the egoic will. Dark occultists know that if they manipulate the ignorant into performing immoral acts that receive karma, they, the dark occultists, will themselves avoid the severe karmic consequences incurred by the behavior directly committed by the individuals that have been influenced into immoral action. Yes, there is karma on all levels but it is the behavior of the individual performing the act itself that manifested the reality. It is not dark occultists who kill people in war. It is not dark occultists who injected midazolam into the elderly in care homes. It is not dark occultists that spray poison on our food. It is not dark occultists that vote at the ballot box. It is not dark occultists that enforce unconstitutional legislation.

We all know that following orders is no excuse to commit acts of immorality. So, why do people use their free will to participate in behaviors that are harmful to others?

It is ignorance of objective morality. Objective morality is not doing murder, rape. assault, theft, trespass, coercion and fraud.

Ignorance, apathy, cowardice and laziness all breed spiritual desolation and moral relativism. Moral relativism is the 2nd tenet of the satanic mindset. ‘Shatan’, from Hebrew, means “to oppose”. Dark occultists oppose natural law, otherwise known as moral law, consequentialism, cause and effect, karma. ‘They’, essentially want to become God and avoid serious karma by using humanity as it’s pawns. Mark Passio has said that dark occultists refer to the police as “their dogs”; because they are sheer order followers. Order followers are trapped in base consciousness which is represented by the checkered pattern on police uniform (see my previous article, ‘The creative, attracting force of care’). ‘They’, the dark occultists, know full well that natural law governs behavioral consequence so they avoid full karmic consequence through sorcery in an attempt to play God.

Just as when we were young and influenced to do something stupid by friends and then your mum finds out and says “Why did you do that? Would you jump off a cliff if they told you to? Even in younger life we learnt that following orders was not a legitimate excuse to condone wreckless behavior.

An individual with knowledge of objective morality would not be an order follower. An individual cannot be said to be acting in conscience if they are just following orders. Abdicating ones conscience to use ones own free will to harm another because of a direction from a ‘perceived’ authority is a crime under natural and common law. The real authority is natural law and we must align with it if we are to restore the natural order. This is why we have to care about education so that individuals and society can start to align with moral law and so create freedom. So, we’re all in this together, creating our reality through the quality of our behavior. It will take care, persistence, courage and will to seed the knowledge of objective morality into the hearts and minds of the masses. With this knowledge and courage, we can all collectively say “no” to evil!

The conscience of jurors.

Authentic trial by jury whereby jurors exercise conscience in all matters of law enforcement is the complete opposite to order following. When 12 randomly selected members of the community come together in accord with the common law of the land; to either grant or deny consent to enforcement of legislation, they are protecting citizens from order followers and moral relativism, because it is they who are the final arbiter of law, acting in accordance with their conscience. By restoring this ancient customary practice in its authentic form, we are collectively aligning with natural law by addressing issues of morality and justice. Our sovereignty is expressed through the jury. The whittling away at our common law trial by jury is an attempt to remove our sovereignty entirely. We must become spiritually sovereign by aligning with natural law and collectively sovereign as a community by restoring common law trial by jury. Knowledge of objective morality and legitimate governance (Magna Carta) is how we truly rise in individual and collective sovereignty. There will be consequences for not doing so!

Esoteric freemasonry teaches that care is the generative principle that unlocks the door to higher consciousness as depicted in the above image. There are many symbolic and allegorical messages. The initiate starts their journey at the lowest point, the checkered floor which represents base consciousness. As with chess, the pieces on the board can be moved and manipulated according to the will of the master. At the foot of the initiate is an upside down square, out of balance. The initiate ascends Jacob’s ladder towards the sun, the light, higher aspects of consciousness. Notice how the initiate half way up the ladder has a robe shaped in the letter ‘G’ which stands for the ‘generative principle’. From the letter ‘G’ dangles a key by a thread. Care is the master key that symbolizes the unlocking of the door to higher consciousness. The key is dangling towards the floor, meaning that care is the key to transforming base consciousness into higher consciousness. If the thread or care is severed, consciousness plummets. The sun, the moon and the two pillars of strength and beauty represent the two hemispheres of the brain, masculine and feminine, our consciousness. Through care, the initiate is able to merge the left and right hemispheres of the brain, aligning thoughts, emotions and actions to act in wisdom. Wisdom is represented by the middle pillar with the upright square at its base, positioned in balance. Above the pillar of wisdom is the illuminated eye, the third eye, the perfect balance of masculine and feminine energy, an enlightened consciousness acting in alignment with no duality or conflict between thoughts, emotions and actions. The two ashlar blocks behind the pillar of wisdom represent the alchemical process of stripping away impurities to reach a perfected state, the mason chiseling away at imperfections. In this sense, we are all masons, co-creating, building the architecture of our reality from a generative polarity of love and care.

True Care

True care is the concern or empathy that motivates right action. Care is the attracting force within the universe that drives our behavior and hones our focus. By aligning our thoughts, emotions and actions, we create a divine balance within ourselves, a harmonious union of spiritual sovereignty; an equilibrium. Care leads to the desire for knowledge and wisdom is the application of knowledge through right action. Through the individuation process we learn to self reflect. This is the alchemical process of becoming more present and attaining a higher consciousness.

True care compels us to focus on the moral obligation to act. Since we are all masons, co-creating our reality, true care requires that we put truth to action and educate on the importance of the generative principle of care.

A principle is placing first things first. Principles possess the key through which the wisdom of the universe is unveiled. Care is the encapsulating principle of the 7 Hermetic principles of natural law, all of which describe the functionality of the universe.

1. Mentalism: Everything that exists, exists first as a mental construct. Thought energy acts as a generator of what we eventually manifest into reality.

2. Correspondence: The microcosm and the macrocosm are reflective of each other. As above, so below. As within, so without.

3. Vibration: Everything consists of vibratory energy. Different vibrations create different manifestations. See Veda Austin’s work on water.

4. Polarity: Everything exists as positive and negative poles. Love and fear, light and dark.

5. Rhythm: Everything moves in cycles.

6. Cause and effect: There is a prime cause to every effect.

7. Gender: Everything has a masculine and feminine component.

Dark care.

Dark occultists assert their control over humanity by creating chaos and disorder by influencing the masses into a low vibratory state of fear. They use their will to influence a left/right schism, an imbalance of the mind resulting in internal disharmony, ignorance, confusion and ultimately behavior that manifests a destructive reality. Dark occultists are absolutely united and organised which is something the ignorant masses are most definitely not. They have great care for our demise, trapped in pure left brain thinking, master-think. This is self evident if we look at the sheer amount of division and duress that populations are under. They employ the mastermind principle to great effect, which is 2 or more people endeavoring to pursue and achieve a mutual aim; that being the enslavement and destruction of humanity and all that is good and moral. There are many manipulation techniques that dark care uses. These people are master psychologists and have a deep understanding of the minor and major arcana of natural law and so are able to manipulate at will. The minor arcana is knowledge of the human psyche and the major arcana is knowledge of objective morality and the occult sciences and they interact with each other in accordance with the principle of correspondence; as within, so without. If there is internal conflict there will be external conflict.

1. Obfuscation: Blurring reality by distorting truth.

2. Worldview poisoning: An inverted, pessimistic viewpoint of our reality.

3. Primal fear: Fear of darkness, predators, abandonment and chaos.

4. Divide and conquer: Exploitation of our ‘perceived’ differences.

5. Indoctrination: Schooling - lack of holistic intelligence, trivium and critical thinking. Intellectualism is not intelligence.

6. Controlled opposition: Opposing dialectics creating polarization.

7. Financial system: Worldwide religion of control.

8. Control of mass media: Control and manipulation of information.

9. Food and medicine: Attack on the physical body and suppressing consciousness.

10. Illusion of time: Anxiety created by focusing on the past and future. Real currencies are spending time and paying attention; care for knowledge.

11. The D-H-R factor. Denial, hassle and ridicule, all aimed at creating a stand down effect.

12. Religion: Obfuscation of natural law. Confines human consciousness.

13. Subversive symbolism: Mockery and strategy using hidden meanings by those in masterthink.

14. Chaos sorcery: Mass rituals/false flags to induce fear so that we give up our sovereignty.

No care.

The religion of money reduces the whole of humanity into an economic unit. This slavery to a belief system of fake value results in individuals having no care for the overall human condition. Only caring about service to self leaves no room for true care; base consciousness. Essentially this is mass selfishism, the first tenet of the satatnic mindset. Having no care for morality or truth results in psychological impediments; an imbalance and inability to think critically which leads to a normalization of false beliefs. False beliefs lead to enslavement. Most of humanity are trapped in purely right brain thinking, slavethink. The comfortable prison that we have allowed to be created further induces no care. Those with a controlling mindset create dependency and vices to remove all individual and community responsibility and care. The unchecked ego becomes attached to and identifies only with the physical. This is spiritual decay and mass laziness. Since I was a young man I have witnessed my peers descend into shallow behavior, not caring about anything that would improve themselves or the human condition.

Ignorance destroys thought (mind)

Apathy destroys emotion (heart)

Cowardice and laziness destroys action (guts)

Dark care will always win over no care. The universe doesn’t care about you. It cares about law. Law is how things work in the universe and natural law is what governs the behavioral consequence of societies. The universe will always side with the most united and courageous and at present, humanity is utterly splintered and divided.

True care requires that we use our free will to align our perception and behavior with natural law if we are to pull ourselves out of base consciousness.

Do you care about justice?

Alongside personal development we also have to consider our system of governance. Jury independence is how a nation retains it’s sovereignty by being the final arbiter of law in trial by jury. We are all jurors because we are all members of a community. If the tyrannical government succeeds in further restricting the sovereign voice of the people in trial by jury then it will be due to national apathy - no care. All of our freedoms are in jeopardy if a rogue government further curtails our common right to judge on the justice of all laws placed before the citizenry in a court of conscience. Jury independence restored in all of our courts as it constitutionally should be, has the potential to reteach communities how to rule ourselves equitably and responsibly. Self reflection is encapsulated within the deliberation of jurors on a jury. It is a consciousness raising exercise that has to be restored in its authentic form.

We’re free to make our own free will decisions but we’re not free from the consequences of our free will decisions. Not caring about our rule of law will have dire consequences. As per the principle of rhythm, the universe will rhythmically keep presenting us with karmic consequences until we step up to the plate.

Education is the key. Every word of truth spoken or written down ignites a spark in the mind of others - the principle of mentalism. Imagination from a foundation of care is required to change the future.

If we are to honestly observe the behaviour of the freedom movement and what it is choosing to focus on, it is self evident that it has no intention whatsoever of achieving justice. A freedom movement implies some sort of progression or forward motion but the only motion appears to be backwards or, motionless; a stagnant, embarrassing, echo chamber of waffle designed to go nowhere. Mark Passio refers to the freedom movement as the “bum fight” and I will use that description to describe the so-called freedom movement throughout this article because it accurately reflects, including from my own many personal experiences, exactly what the freedom movement is. Although anarchists like Passio dismiss all forms of governance including legitimate forms, such as the English common law Constitution, they have, however, completely nailed the spiritual science of objective morality.

Don’t shoot the messenger, either. Just because what I’m stating may induce some emotions and denial, that doesn’t mean that what I’m stating isn’t true and is not an accurate reflection of the sorry state of the bum fight. Plus, I’m entitled to be angry in the face of mass deception, lack of care, inaction and pure fuckwittery.

Our nation has recently been presented with the perfect opportunity to establish the path to restoring natural justice. The treasonous double whammy of the Leveson and Lammy proposals have opened up a huge can of worms regarding our rule of law but in the bum fight there is mostly ‘crickets’.

The proposals to further erode our already unconstitutionally eroded trial by jury has granted us with the opportunity to nationally educate ourselves, each other, the public and the public servants on exactly what natural justice is and how the Constitution is supposed to operate.

This is a very myopic move that needs to be capitalised on.

Why is constitutional literacy, critical?

It is critical if you care about justice and not living under a distorted rule of law. If you don’t care about the framework for natural justice then those who do care about your enslavement will succeed in forcing their agenda through or at least succeeding with some form of chaos. Tyranny wins when there is an aggregate amount of ignorance, apathy, cowardice and laziness. If people are angry about the injustices of convid, the midazolam murders, the theft of taxation, the banking hegemony, the masses of criminal legislation, digital ID or state overreach in general, then why the fuck is the bum fight not focusing on the solution to ALL of the tyranny??? Fighting on many fronts is strategically futile. This does not mean that nothing else can be addressed but all justice rests upon restoring a legitimate form of governance, our authentic rule of law.

I’m so sick of people within the bum fight with a big reach focusing on conspiracy and fear rhetoric and whatever “they” are doing instead of focusing on themselves and the causal factors that allowed tyranny to engulf humanity. Even non-compliance is not enough on its own because even if that does succeed we will need the rememberers to restore the rule of law. Constant noise and fear dissuades the masses from focusing on the necessary requirements for freedom by distorting perception.

The study of natural law teaches psychological self defence and the initiate becomes non distractable, gaining knowledge of the governing dynamics of reality and learning to be brutally honest with themselves through shadow work. Natural law prevents manipulation of the psyche, leading to spiritual sovereignty. Here are some questions to consider.

Are you being honest with yourself?

Do you really want justice?

If so, are you prepared to acquire the necessary knowledge to achieve the desired outcome?

Can you really be bothered to better yourself and show courage?

Do you have the psychological maturity to admit that you’ve been misled and/or have been wrong?

Do you even know what the framework for natural justice is?

Are you being easily distracted by fear?

Are you hero worshipping characters within the bum fight instead of working on yourself?

Do you know what the governing dynamic of human freedom is?

Do you have any idea that there has been hundreds of years of deliberate obfuscation and shit talk about the people’s Magna Carta Constitution of equity and natural justice?

Do you know why the English common law Constitution is legitimate?

I’ve been blocked by many “truthers” on X simply for pointing out the dynamics that govern our reality and why our Constitution is legitimate. Their counter arguments confirmed to me that they have no intention of addressing causal factors but wish to remain in a loop of hopelessness, attention seeking, distraction and endless waffle disguised as altruism. Is there any help for people that choose to ignore the dynamics of reality? Is it a case of unchecked ego or is it something else?

It should be known that there are better, more consistent and passionate arguments being made for the preservation of our rule of law from those within the establishment and that says it all to me. The bum fight is a joke. It has proven itself to be a huge distraction to confuse and channel energy in the wrong direction. Maybe there are those within the bum fight that have been talking shit for so long that maybe backtracking and admitting the truth now is too much to bear for the ego? Maybe some people care more about accruing followers and money? The funny thing is that when those in the bum fight do occasionally raise their voices to address injustice and tyrannical legislation etc, they are actually confirming the absolute necessity of the Constitution and it’s central pillar of trial by jury. Yet, the blatant refusal to accept and admit that trial by jury and jury independence, the means by which the citizenry deem what is and isn’t acceptable according to their consciences, is how the people govern themselves by judging on all acts of law enforcement and therefore, forever preserving their liberties, continues. There is no legitimate excuse for those who claim to want justice to ignore the rule of law, especially now with what is being treasonously proposed. Now is the time to pounce, so why the silence? I thought court action was all the rage in the bum fight? Justice will be impossible without trial by jury! A community is only as safe as the enlightened consciences within that community. That means we’re all obligated to enlighten consciences as purveyors of truth and justice.

I am well versed in the disproven germ hypothesis of disease but I know that it’s no good focusing solely on just that topic and omitting the framework for justice. As vital as dismantling the destructive germ lie belief system is, that alone will not establish equity and natural justice. For example, maybe the Coronavirus Act 2020, lockdown, mandatory vaccinations etc would not have gotten off the ground if objective morality was widely known and practiced. If everybody knew that their inherent, inalienable rights are protected under the Constitution, they would know that nobody has the right to coerce or control the behaviour of others simply because of a perceived fear or because of a belief system. So, regardless of the irrational fear induced by the germ lie, it could have been trumped by knowledge of my rights end where yours begin. Many people wanted to continue their lives as normal even though they were apprehensive. As we know, many people did continue their lives as normal despite the propaganda and peer pressure. Essentially, the CV Act was unconstitutional legislation that removed the constitutional rights of the citizenry but very few argued that.

Would public servants even dare to produce and enact unconstitutional legislation such as the CV Act if they knew the people were well versed in constitutional law and could possibly suffer the wrath of cost free private prosecution before a jury of peers for breaching the Constitution?! Equal justice for all is the check on the free will of everyone, especially the public servants.

The scamdemic was a masterclass in how fear and lies alter perception and manipulate behaviour. It also proved that order following, the abdication of conscience, is not virtuous and totally immoral.

I consider it to be a completely wasted opportunity if the bum fight remains dormant on the issue of trial by jury. If you think it’s clever to continually challenge an illegitimate system in unconstitutional courts that have no juries then you’re part of the problem. Everybody knows or should know that trial by judge is pure despotism, so, why is the main argument not that courts are acting unconstitutionally? Many people were not aware of the Leveson proposals but now, due to the recent furore, is the time to really engage in the all critical topic of natural justice and the constitutional rule of law.

Let’s think about this logically. If you claim to want justice whilst simultaneously ignoring the ancient customary framework for justice, then you cannot actually, genuinely want justice because you would be denying reality. If you do want justice you’ll come to the realisation that wisdom is actually action based upon a confirmation and realisation of truth. That truth is that natural law governs our reality and that our ancient common law Constitution prescribes the framework by which we align with natural law in a court of conscience. It’s how we govern ourselves under equal justice.

What good is exposing tyranny after tyranny when there is currently no authentic justice system as per the constitution by which to prosecute, which would also be cost free under the authentic rule of law? If you think that freedom is achievable by challenging council tax or highlighting the latest tyranny then you’re deluded because you don’t understand that these are all effects that were put into motion due to underlying causal factors that must be addressed in order to change the current human condition.

How many organisations want to form their own communities, claiming this and that jurisdiction whilst still under the condition of slavery? If we want freedom we have to realise that true freedom is collective and we can only have freedom from tyranny and equal justice for all when there is enough of us that understand, uphold, practice and enforce the principles of natural justice as prescribed in our Great Charter Constitution. By not accepting truth and not acting in wisdom, we help to forge the unwanted reality we are trying to avoid.

The hypocrisy and contradictions from establishment figures even when arguing for trial by jury, such as clinging to false notions as parliamentary sovereignty, are gift wrapped opportunities for the citizenry to correct distorted views and educate en masse the principles of natural justice that define the legitimacy of Magna Carta.

If you have the time, energy and money to attend a begging event organised by some energy harvester then surely you have the time to educate yourself about our framework of natural justice? Whatever injustice you’re protesting about has the potential to be addressed equitably before a jury of peers but that will require full restoration of the authentic rule of law and your personal participation through actions based in care and the individual Will to make it happen.

There are not many of us talking about these critical issues. A paradigm shift requires numbers through raising consciousness. Sooner or later people will realise that the bum fight is just noise and misdirection. Talking and educating about the rule of law allows for sensible, engaging conversation that sheds light on what legitimate governance really is. It is mass ignorance, apathy, cowardice and laziness that prevents this much needed conversation progressing into what is required; restoration of our constitutional safeguard of authentic trial by jury.

Consider this as an allegory.

Imagine you are alone and defenceless in a battle fighting against a battalion armoured with the entire statute book and each individual piece of legislation is being loaded into guns and indiscriminately fired at you. You exhaustingly try to dodge each individual bullet of legislation and then, when you think all is lost, you look up and find yourself protected by 12 fellow citizens with impenetrable shields, deflecting the legislative bullets in a shield formation of justice; a shell of conscientious protection. The ricochet ceases and silence ensues as the futility of penetrating the 12 shields of justice becomes apparent.

This piece intends to establish, in layman’s terms, why the claim of parliamentary sovereignty is a usurpation of the sovereignty of the people.

First, lets establish what sovereignty is.

independence, freedom, liberty.

The supreme power invested in the people is ordained by the people’s Constitution.

What is a legitimate Constitution?

A legitimate Constitution consists of a set of standards or principles founded in truth, morality and justice, which universally benefit everyone. A legitimate Constitution prescribes equity - all being equal under the law.

Sovereignty is embodied in and exercised through implementation of trial by jury in accord with the common law of the land.

What is the common law of the land?

Common law is expressed as the decisions of jurors dictated by their conscience in the trial by jury: that is, the judgements (judicium parium; verdicts and sentences) produced by juror’s sense of right and wrong and fairness in the treatment of fellow citizens in all acts of law enforcement.

What is exercising conscience?

It is the free will choice of right action over wrong action, once the definitive knowledge of the objective difference between right and wrong, according to natural law, has been acquired.

So, a community, through a jury, deliberating in conscience on all matters of law enforcement is how natural law is aligned with. The sovereign “voice of the country” or “trial by the country”- as distinguished from a trial by the government or a state paid employee, is how the people, through a jury, preserve their liberties and forever limit the authority of all public servants.

The modus operandi of tyranny is to limit the potential for possibility by removing or restricting free will. The state achieves control of behaviour by limiting free will decisions through the enforcement of unjust legislation by the misuse of the justice system. This is where constitutional literacy is critical because despite the naysayers and the many attempts to reinvent the wheel within the freedom movement, a nation actually governs itself through it’s justice system because with the power to punish comes with it all power; and that power is ordained by the constitution.

The Leveson and Lammy proposals are an unlawful, unconstitutional, criminal attempt at restricting the people’s free will of deciding on the justice of all laws brought before them in a “court of conscience”. Trial by government removes the possibility of equity and conscientious deliberation by creating a collectivist conveyor belt of arbitrary punishment according to their morally relativist standards in the form of legislation.

We’ve already established that the Constitution limits the legislature, so, why do public servants in parliament think that they can trample on principles of natural justice?

Because of an illegitimate claim of “parliamentary sovereignty”. The public servants believe that they have the authority to legislate for the alteration of Constitutional principles of natural justice.

Tyranny legitimised by voting.

The trick played on the public was to convince them that by voting for a political party with a package of measures is how the public express their voice. Firstly, the people have always had a voice through trial by jury as the final arbiter of law and secondly, politicians assume supremacy through majority opinion/vote. The publics vote is disingenuously interpreted by politicians as the publics recognition that parliament is a supreme power. Voting and party politics has diddly squat to do with constitutional law. Party politics was installed to use majority opinion to sneakily elevate the legislature above principles of natural justice whilst simultaneously diluting authentic trial by jury. The fundamental questions for the legal profession to consider, are “Who legitimately holds the supreme sovereign power in accord with our Magna Carta Constitution; parliament or the people”?; and “why would parliament want to restrict the sovereignty of the people that they serve”? Also, if government claims to want justice, “why is it finding every excuse to restrict an ancient, tried and tested, principled framework of natural justice”?

I guess it amounts to this question. “If it is widely accepted that trial by jury is a birth right, an ancient, customary safeguard against state overreach, why is it not acknowledged that preventing justice is actually unconstitutional and criminal”?

When did the usurpation of the people’s sovereignty begin?

It began with the Coronation Oath Act of 1688. A piece of customary common law, the King’s promise to the people, was illegitimately written into statute. Instead of promising to govern according to our “laws and customs”, the words “govern according to statutes in parlyament agreed on” were added into the Coronation Oath text. So, parliament, where MP’s swear allegiance to the King, were commanding the King, via statute, to govern according to their statutes! Parliament illegitimately granted itself Constitutional powers, interfering with the common law and breaching the Constitution and equity. Subsequently, William III gave royal assent to the treasonous Bill of Rights which placed wealth qualifications on jurors, breaching equity and rendering the Bill completely unconstitutional.

Interestingly, the 3rd section of the BoR, which gave supremacy to our authentic Constitution of Magna Carta and the Articles of common law, was repealed!

Legislation was never mentioned in Magna Carta because it was a given that all legislation from government, which was the King, would be in alignment with the Constitution. Yet, we have the Coronation Oath Act and the Bill of Rights essentially rewriting the people’s Constitution in statutory form. The term “constitutional statute” is a nonsense and very misleading . The Constitution belongs to the people and legislation is for the King’s parliament, but, all legislation is supposed to be in alignment with truth, justice and morality. In other words, protecting our inalienable rights. Parliament has stepped outside of it’s Constitutional limitations and into illegitimacy by denuding the King and all but destroying our authentic trial by Jury. By parliament dictating to the people through legislation what the parameters of justice are, they are consequentially preventing justice, which is an act of mens rea, malice aforethought, or, criminal.

Parliament claims that it’s formation was necessary to reign in the powers of the monarch. The mechanism by which the powers of the monarch and all public servants are reigned in has always existed within the framework of Constitutional trial by jury. So, parliament can never be sovereign because sovereignty is always invested in the people. Our sovereign representative, the first among equals, the King, is responsible for protecting this ancient framework of natural justice - judicium parium, judgement of peers, or, in other words, legem terrae, the law of the land - trial by jury.

Voting. A stepping stone to totalitarianism.

Government cannot do whatever it likes, legitimately. If government can do whatever it likes, just because it allows people to vote in a specific party, then what we are actually saying is that government can commit crime simply because people have accepted, through social engineering, that parliament is allowed to do so simply because it is they that produces the legislation! Regardless of not being in their manifesto, labour appears to be intent on steam rolling ahead with destroying a constitutional safeguard. This proves that voting and manifestos are deceptive illusions that capitalise on the naivete of majority opinion. The public acceptance of the absolute nonsense of voting can only ever be induced on a mass scale due to a mass formation psychosis of diseased psyches that are willing or have been influenced to ignore moral principle, logic and reason. Would you appeal to authority by emailing your MP if a Bill was presented to have licenses in order to have children or would you deem it to be inherently immoral? If people ignore moral principle just because of a ‘manifesto’ or because a party was voted in, or because “we’ll have to vote them out at the next election”, then criminality is being excused under the guise of a fake version of democracy. True democracy is trial by jury, the citizenry exercising conscience. So, why the is the legal profession not calling a spade, a spade?! Why is the unconstitutional restriction of trial by jury, which would be the prevention of justice, not being called out for being immoral and criminal? Voting, petitioning or emailing your MP are all completely missing the point. If we have to do any of those things, which is begging public servants for justice, then what is the point of the Constitution, the King’s Oath and the Oath that MP’s swear to the King???

When public servants swear allegiance to the King they are swearing to uphold the Constitution! The King’s Oath is the cornerstone of the Constitution and trial by jury is the central pillar of the Constitution. The Runnymede event of 1215 was the result of liberty loving English people supporting the peers of the realm with the support of the Church, Archbishop Stephen Langton, to restore the rule of law. King John, the most senior public servant was already under oath so he was being held to account. For the avoidance of doubt, principles of natural justice were prescribed in Magna Carta and the articles of common law “forever” (because they’re based in truth), with a tyrant King having no choice but to acquiesce by placing his seal on the parchment or lose all legitimacy. This was an example of equity - all being equal under the law.

It is the Constitutional right and duty of the citizenry to place evidence of crime before a jury of peers. The mass realisation of how the Constitution prescribes equal justice for all is what criminals within government fear the most because the Constitution levels the playing field. Cost free private prosecution is the deterrent against criminal legislation and public servants acting criminally. If the people cannot protect themselves from the public servants and their legislation, then the people are under constant duress with no safeguard. Equal justice for all is only possible with full restoration of our authentic trial by jury in all of our courts. So, those in the legal profession: lets stop pretending that government is incapable of committing crime and please stop IGNORing the people’s common law Constitution. If legislation is the highest law of the land, which of course it isn’t, then the people’s liberties are whatever the government says it is; and that’s called despotism. The people are the final arbiter of law in our ancient Pan European Constitution of trial by jury - that is how arbitrary governance is prevented and that is how natural justice prevails.

The simple truth.

Trial by jury is what the people afford themselves to protect from all species of oppression, especially government. If government illegitimately legislates to restrict or remove the Constitutional framework that protects the people from oppression, then the government are oppressing the people that they are constitutionally bound to serve. Government can only remain legitimate if it sits within the limitations of the Constitution. When government steps into the realms of illegitimacy and criminality, it is the duty of the citizenry and all public servants to restore the rule of law by holding firm on constitutional principles of natural justice. This will involve the legal profession admitting that courts have been acting unconstitutionally for a very long time and that the system has used party politics to ride roughshod over the supreme power of the people. Not addressing the lie only allows an existing lie to linger and cause further damage. To prevent society descending into the abyss will require enough of the citizenry and those within the establishment to restore authentic trial by jury. That means no more magistrates or civil courts without a jury. We either stand on moral principle and have equal justice for all or we accept despotism and tyranny. All progression and healing starts with the words “I was wrong”. A society without equal justice is just a prison with state sanctioned permissions. The justice system doesn’t need to collapse. It just needs to be restored in it’s authentic form.
